Ordered through door dash, I ordered a Colonel's Brownie and I ended up with a whole mini Lemon Cake. How do you substitute that?? I also did not receive the side of Mac and Cheese which was like $4.50 through door dash. And then I only got reimbursed $2.66 from door dash for the brownie I reported.(hadn't realized Mac was missing at that point) Point being - Why are your employees not contacting the customer that items are unavailable for refund or cancel?? I never really have a bad experience at KFC! The only issue I had once in a while is that they run out of certain offered items. Other than that, I love KFC! I do miss the buffets and fish dinners, though! Also, they only have the drive thru open even when they have a dining area available. I think it's because of the lack of staffing since no one ever wants to work anymore! So thank you to those folks who are willing to work and keep these places open! ❤️
