“Very busy & noisy there today. Waitress forgot to refill coffee & didn't bring us salt & pepper when asked. Food was good tho. My friends & I always look forward to coming here. Our favorite foods are: chicken pot pie, or grilled cheese sandwich & soup! We always have to shop upstairs after lunch!“

Their candor is dope, Devin is a wizard of brewed things and trust me, the bagels (everything bagel is my fav), croissants, macrons & bread loaves (the pizza bread is amazing for grilled cheese sandwiches) are fantastic. “My favorite steak in town…. “Steak au Poivre” can be found at this great French restaurant (French not not haughty) in Wauwatosa. Favorite steak as it tastes great, and presented well. Sliced on an angle and sauced with a red wine black peppercorn reduction, it has just enough char on the outside to balance the medium rare I love inside. Along with taste, I love that it comes with my fav vegetables-haricot vertes and absolutely perfect French fries! So unlike popular steak restaurants, at LaReve you get more than just meat for the list price! Yum + Yay! The desserts? They are as gorgeous as they are delicious! The case is filled with sweet perfection, each one more beautiful than the next! Just so hard to pick which on.! And the macrons are iconic-crisp outside and soft chewy inside, take a few home with you! But what a treat to find a Kir Royale on the menu last night at dinner before a show! I’m sure it’s a direct effect of Emily in Paris Season 3, but maybe I just never noticed it on the menu before! I served these for Christmas ten years ago and when I saw Emily working on an ad campaign, I just knew they’d start to show up on menus soon. Lucky me! Bon Appetite! This place is great for a girls lunch or business lunch, A friends dinner or date night!“

Super balanced between the espresso and flavoring and didn't have that grainy-textutre iced mochas sometimes have. “I come to this crumbl at least once a week. The staff is always friendly, greeting you with a “hello, welcome to crumbl!” Recently I went to a different location in Milwaukee and was disappointed I didn’t get the same welcome. I’ve come to really enjoy it. They always have multiple employees working and are VERY quick to get orders out. Even if they have to frost and top cookies, I’ve only waited a max of 5 mins for my order. The store spotless and you can tell each employee cares about their work. I have seen other locations online make terrible cookies that don’t look like the pictures. This location ALWAYS has their cookies coming out BETTER than the pictures advertised. I’ll keep coming back to enjoy the new flavors every week. And a huge thanks to the staff for always being on top of it!“

“The catering for my daughter's Quinceanera birthday party was great! The garlic herb chicken, broccoli salad and the Mac n cheese were a hit! Chef Shane was very professional. We had lots of good communication and he made sure to understand our needs. The process was very smooth and that is a blessing when planning such a big event. The cake stored well in the fridge for a couple days until it was all eaten (cupcakes were gone right away) Got great customer service and help with getting the perfect photo on my cake. If you need a Bundt cake for any occasion to be at a birthday, a shower, or just a dinner party. Do not hesitate to order from nothing Bundt Bundt cakes. You will not be let down. “Where do I even begin?!? My partner and I made the drive from Madison first thing in the morning on a Saturday - he didn't know where we were going, but I had called ahead the day before to place an order. We arrived right when Lucky Bakery & BBQ opened, and there were others waiting outside and in the lobby (a great sign!). My partner was thrilled that the surprise was Chinese BBQ, and we picked up the order of roast ruck and pork with crispy skin. While we were there, we chose some bakery items as well (an egg tart and a red bean cake). Then, we started to drive home, snagging a piece of pork to nibble on the drive back to Madison. HOLY COW. I pulled the car over SO FAST - this pork deserves all of your attention! You cannot do it justice while driving, you need to sit and savor it! We literally bought a drink at a Panera so we could sit outside and eat this pork. I will dream about this pork every night until we can make another trip to West Allis. My life as been changed by this pork. The duck and the bakery items were also flawlessly outstanding, but I truly cannot get over the pork. We ate the entire pound of it that Saturday, and will be telling everyone we meet!“

“Enjoyed a weekend breakfast at Dia Cafe. Staff was friendly. The cafe was very busy, a little bit of a wait, no problem, it's a Saturday morning. The Turkey Melt was good, lots of cheese. Latte was good too. Loved the decor. It was just a bit loud. Hard to have a conversation. But I would still return. May try the connecting restaurant for brunch.“

“Great pastry and deli in a local strip center. The danish and donuts are good, and they have a wide variety of Wisconsin favorites. Bear claw? Cruller? Yep, they have them.The deli area is surprisingly well stocked with sandwich meats and cheeses. There's nothing fancy about this place, but everything looks great, and the product is consistent. You form a line and tell the employee what you want, pay and leave. I would try the carrot cake because it my all time favorite and a strawberry and creme Bundt cakes in the personal size. On my way home I bumped into my buildings employee and we always say hi and chit chat for a few and he said today was his birthday so I reached into my bag and I handed him the strawberry cake and said happy birthday here's a cake, his jaw hit the floor in amazement and the look on his face was priceless. I bumped into him the next day and he said the cake was delicious.My personal carrot cake was delicious and moist with sweet icing on top. At the $5 price point for the personal Bundt cake that was very good this place should be a big hit and I will have to go back for the strawberries and cream.“

“We used Periwinkle's Bakery for the dessert bar at our wedding on 9.9.2023 and I can say their desserts are a crowd pleaser!! Everyone loved the desserts and I loved how they cut them into half pieces rather than the whole piece. We had roughly 150 guests and we ordered 5 large platters and ended up with one extra platter by the end of the night so it worked out perfectly!“
