Stopped here at the Neenah location with some buddies for the unlimited wings deal and was very impressed! The wings were very tasty, and the brought out our wings very quickly. Our servers were great! Would recommend giving them a try despite other negative reviews.
Started out okay... I asked for a pint but they "accidentally" poured a bigger size. Didn't charge for the larger size but still found it odd. Got our food and then never saw our waitress Kiana again. A table a little ways over waited so long that they actually called the restaurant to tell them they've been waiting for their check for however long. The table behind me was checked on 3 times after I began to wonder where our waitress was. Never cleared the table, no refills,...read full review

Awesome experience! My chicken and shrimp was delicious, and although my wife had some miscommunication of how she wanted her steak done...despite having to deal with a huge birthday party, the staff promptly brought her a new steak and it was absolutely perfect!!! 100% better than our experience at the Applebee's in Appleton!
