“From the moment you descend the stairs, you feel like you are in another time and another world. Our food was delicious! The fish was hot and cooked perfectly. The steak fries came out piping hot and crispy. Our waitress was phenomenal! She kept apologizing for our wait (which we didn’t feel was that bad). We ordered Janet’s Carrot Cake for dessert and when the waitress brought it she said it was on the house. This gem in Port Washington is something you can’t miss.”

“The pretzel combo appetizer was so delicious and amazing!! They served it and I freaked out!! It made me so happy!! Huge fluffy delicious pretzel the size of an extra large pizza filled w giant Mac n cheese bites and chicken nuggets and cheese curds! Each tastier than the other. You had me at giant pretzel!!!!! And of course cheese for dipping. Ordered the fish combo for dinner - omg the scallops were magical. The fried fish lightly breaded and oh so tasty. Would definitely drive 2 1/2 plus hours to come back. Seriously, the pretzel alone are what dreams are made of”

“Best pizza of Port Washington enough said. Small dinning room but large menu and options. Very affordable and nice sized portions. Will have to return to try out the other one entrees.”

“Great food and service! Excellent fish fry!! We always enjoy it here. We have been to seven hills pub many times and always enjoy when we come back. They also have fun karaoke on Friday nights.”

“Mexican food isn't my favorite, but if I'm going to eat it this is the place to go. Portion sizes are big and the prices are fair. My only complaint is that the music can be too loud, but maybe that's only an issue if you're closer to the bar.”

“The bartenders make this a fun place to hang out. They are friendly and engaging. They are happy to recommend a beer if you are feeling stuck.The food here is delicious. The poutine of the day is such a fun thing. Food is not an afterthought at this brewpub.The atmosphere is interesting. I know that they are moving to a new location soon and I’m excited to see what they do with that space.”

“Stopped by for a belated Valentine’s Day and so happy we did! Great value for a tasting, service is prompt and friendly. I love that they have a good selection of wines - I prefer dry reds myself, but there’s other varietals with multiple levels of sweetness. Prices are good, am planning to return!”

“We got the tempura cauliflower for an appetizer, which was good. I was surprised the sauce came on the side, I would have assumed it'd be tossed, but the portion size was generous and tasty. I got the hipster sandwich, which was a lot and definitely not able to be picked up. I feel like less is more with this dish. I don't think it needs as many toppings and it would still have been delicious. My husband got the Friday fish fry beer battered and smashed potatoes. The coleslaw was good and we're generally not coleslaw fans but the dill dressing made it stand out. The location is amazing, would return again.”

“Very quiet, classy.Great food. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Relaxed atmosphere, forces you to slow down and take a breath for a nice dinner. Much appreciated break from our hectic lives!”

“My lemon drop martini was disappointingwhich is upsetting when it's so expensive and not even topped off. It tasted like all lemon juice no vodka or simple syrup. Cheese curds could have a different plating so they don't come all stuck together in a greasy lump. Baked potato was underwhelming and seemed old. My prime rib was cooked perfectly just lacking in seasoning. The French onion soup was delicious.”

“If you are in the Port Washington area, do yourself a favor and stop by this place. The food is delicious. They have a pretty decent variety of choices, including shawarma and falafel.The real draw here though is the custard. It’s smooth, creamy and delicious. They have daily flavors/specials that are always worth considering. A lot of the specials sauces are made in house and are phenomenal. Today’s orange and cranberry was a refreshing blend of sweet and tart.”

“The 3 of us had a very short time for lunch while our dog was with the Vet. We were directed upstairs and into the terrace view. The young man was so helpful and really exemplified the friendliness of Port Washington. We had been in an auto for. 5 hrs and under some stress of the specialized vet visit for our very distressed pet. He directed us to the terrace, turned the music down and the atmosphere was just what we all needed . The view of the bay, the sunshine , quiet and such friendliness of our waiter really was perfect the food was also perfect We had 2 the fish sandwiches with onion rings and fries and a plain burger. It arrived very fresh, fast and hot. We would definitely come back and I have recommended it to friends visiting the area. I hope to meet our waiter in our north woods one day. May I suggest that the chamber or whomever does the website review said typical bar food. That almost made us not come here thinking just pizza or prepkgd food deep fried. I am really glad it was a Monday because some others were not opened. They failed to mention the spectacular view, the whole staff welcomed us in and also wished us well. The menu is not typical at all.and the food well prepared and delicious with great welcoming service.”

“Huge thanks for a memorable, delicious dinner. We had a fairly large carry out order. Brisket, ribs, potatoes, beans and hush puppies. They were flying off the table at my birthday dinner. Be sure to check out the sauces too!”

“First time coming here, we had reservations and got sat right away. Loved our waitress. The only thing I would complain about is the garlic bread was drained in oil. I am not one to write a review let alone a complaint. But when we would take the bread out of the basket it was sitting in a puddle of oil. We ordered one as an appetizer and with the meal and it was the same. Otherwise everything else was good! Service was super nice”
