Went for the Customer Appreciation night! Very yummy and true to the Jimmy John's motto, they were making subs freaky fast!
Stopped to get a sub on December 22nd and was told they were out of bread (at 7pm). Unless I wanted it on whole wheat. In hind sight, I should have walked out. But I didn't. Ended up with a sandwich that I didn't want OR like. After leaving them some feedback, I was contacted by a corporate "business coach" who apologized on behalf of the franchisee.
