“If you are looking for barbeque catering Sweet Lou's Barbeque is the place! We had them cater our June 8th wedding and could not be happier. Not only is the food amazing- it's the 11th and I couldn't help, but eat leftovers for the last three days-, but Andy is beyond accommodating. He took the time to listen to what was important to us and execute. Having great food on our day and people served in a timely manner were a non-negotiables for us and Sweet Lou's delivered. We had so many compliments about the food from our guests and they even were able to accommodate a couple of vegetarian meals for us. It may sound like BS, but absolutely no complaints in their service. If you are having an event you will not be disappointed with Sweet Lou's! *Edit to add I had to steal some photos from their website because I was too busy stuffing my face to care about pictures, but this place is too good to not know about!“

“We got the stuffed pizza and it was certainly the best we’ve had! We were also surprised at how much fun we had at the bar. At first we were a little apprehensive, but lightened up after a drink and the friendly folks eased our tensions. If you are thin-skinned, I would recommend maybe not sitting at the bar. But if you aren’t, go to the bar and talk to Tony the restaurant owner. Me and my husband were cracking up. Tony also made some awesome smoked bourbon drinks so he’s not all talk (ha)! We were almost sad to leave but then remembered we were in Wisconsin and were okay with it. Definitely recommend this place!“

“We stopped here on our way back from a trip and the owner was the kindest man! He kept up a friendly conversation and was patient with all of our individual orders. The food is phenomenal! He said his wife is French and a certified baker so you know it's gonna be great. Amazing little place!“

Even if you have a small party of 4, you'll start chatting it up with strangers you are sharing the hibachi grill.It can be expensive if you do the meat combo, that's your best value. You will get more than enough food: side salad, broth, fried rice, noodles and vegetables, and your protein.The chef that cooked for our table was fun and entertaining. Hibachi grill is watching a chef prepare your food as you are entertained. You get it all: the sake (or a nonalcoholic drink spritz), vegetable toss, and the flipping of spatulas.It's a popular spot to celebrate. You will be entertained. You won't leave overly full, the food portions are just right. Our group was happy with the service and fun.If you're looking for a sushi place, this may be a spot to try it out. “What a wonderful meal and time we had at Perkins on Sunday. They were busy but didn’t miss a beat. We were seated within a minute and we ordered our food and it came out hot and delicious. Our server was awesome. Although they were busy they never stopped smiling and enjoying themselves. I will certainly be back.“

“This restaurant was next to my hotel on a business trip. And boy am I glad it was. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. From the tasty margarita to the best salsa I've ever had to my shrimp tacos it didn't disappoint! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was there were only 2 pieces of shrimp per taco and alot of cabbage filler.“

“Excellent gluten free selections (ask for the GF menu). And fantastic Creole seasoning. We were there at lunch. My wife ordered the blackened walleye with rice and coleslaw. I ordered the blackened catfish with rice and steamed vegetables. Portions so generous that we will not be eating dinner. We loved the atmosphere inside the restaurant. Also have the option of outdoor seating. Our server Olivia did a fantastic job. Never felt like she was hovering. We felt that the meals were offered at a fair price. We will definitely be back.“
