“My grandchildren and I recently visited Firehouse Subs, after we found it listed on the Gluten Free app. My granddaughters and I must be gluten free, so this was an exciting idea to us--to go to a sub place that offered not only gluten free bread, but REALLY good gluten free bread! “Today was my first ever visit to a Chick-fil-A. We were helped by Ty Dillon, he was the nicest most patient person. I used the bathroom while waiting for our food, and it was super clean and smelt absolutely amazing. Our food was already out when I got back. They gifted me two free cookies since it was my first ever experience there. I thought that was exceptionally thoughtful. By the way, dont skimp on the cookies, they are AMAZING! Our food was great. I cant believe it has taken me this long to eat here! The service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone, especially Ty, was so nice and friendly. I recommend this store over and over. “I love this location specifically of Jersey Mike's. Every time I go here I am satisfied and happy. One girl at the counter recognizes me and always is very nice. The food from here is fresh and delicious. I would recommend going to this Jersey Mike's in Oshkosh instead of the location on Koeller street.“

“It was late as my son and I were coming from a double header baseball game which is a problem in itself but my son asked if we could stop at Taco John's. I have no problem with that because I am in love with their potato o'les are the most delicious and best thing you can order. After we placed our order for Chicken burrito and O 'les with cheese sauce because its the only way to eat them we moved to the payment window. We me Rosalyn ( forgive me if I spelt it wrong) she hands me my drinks and order and I move along. Out of no where Rosyln shows up to let me know my cheese cups arent in my bag and she will grab them for me. That meant Rosylyn who served me at the window had to jump the front counter, race out the front doors and stop me at the road to tell me she forgot the cheese. I would have been devastated if I made it home an no cheese. THANK YOU ROSYLN AND I HOPE THE TIP I GAVE YOU SHOWED MY APPRECIATION FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I always choose ice cream cakes for my children's birthday's its by far the best ice cream cakes around and the dilly bars are so delicious too and are available in a few different varieties. Also the food is pretty delicious too the cheese curds are so delicious and it's one of my favorite fast food & cake services by far. Always my go to for ice cream cakes the fudge cookie crumble layers are to die for its the best part of the cakes and also you can have your cakes personalized with whatever you decide to decorate it with, they have many designs and options to choose from for the cakes. So I contacted the Taft location and at the last minute they made the cake and they even designed it in gel!!! They went above and beyond so my daughter could have the cake she wanted! “Stopped in 10 mins before close because the jackson st store closed an hour early as we were pulling up they ran to lock the door. So we went to wisconsin st location 10 mins before close. Rob helped us he was very polite, not in a rush to get us out,very helpful and one of the best food service workers we have encountered in a very long time at any subway.“

“Brother put my cheese on first. I know I sound petty but a sandwich goes meat, then cheese, then veg and sauce. Also, the only veggie I asked for was tomato and he grabbed the only tomato with a fat piece of lettuce on it. I didn't order lettuce and now their is lettuce in my sandwich. “We usually don’t eat at “fast food” places but we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious nachos we had while we were running errands in Oshkosh. We had brisket plus everything else. The pickled onions were a nice addition!! They also have Mexican Coke- my favorite. Then the chips were warm and served on the side which keeps them nice and crispy.“
