I have had such great expiernces with this location. I kept having problems at the brookfield location, so I tried this store. They were incredibly welcoming. When we walked in around 10:30 on a Saturday they were still working hard to make cookies. I can trust that this location will have cookies and a smile on their face. Love this location!!
I'm torn between 4 & 5 starts. The cookies are hands down the best to get for any occasion that you may have. This location looks smaller than the Brookfield location. Service is still being worked on. The employee that I engaged with didn't seem as bubbly compared to the other locations For me it's a toss up between Pewaukee and the Brookfield location

I made the mistake of ordering cookies to be delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately DoorDash wasn’t helpful but the owner of this shop was amazing! She was kind, patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the order made it to the right person. She offered me a refund which I told her was not necessary since it wasn’t her mistake and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us, she then hand delivered the cookies my friend!
