“We stop here for dinner whenever we visit Pewaukee. (It's not a candy store, as the name implies.) Right across the street from the water, it is a convenient place to get a tasty sub, fresh salad, or mouth-watering ice cream. We’ve had the delicious roast beef, turkey, and ham and cheese subs made with their fresh, lightly-crusted, Italian sub rolls. The oregano gives them a unique, pleasant flavor. And of course we get their delicious ice cream that comes in many flavors, such as Moose Tracks or Strawberry Cheesecake. Parking is on the street or at their spacious lot in the back. We look forward to our next meal there!“
“We often eat at this restaurant when we visit Pewaukee. This local small business is known for its delicious frozen custard and large flame-broiled burgers, but it also has a variety of sandwiches, sundaes, and malts. Our favorites are the Cheese Dog and the Cheeseburger (which pleasantly surprised me the first time I ordered because of its huge size--1/3 lb). Each day they have a custard flavor of the day and chocolate and vanilla custard. They even give you a calendar with the flavors so you can plan to visit when your favorite flavor is offered. The staff was friendly too, and we will continue to eat there when we're in the area!“
“The best Culver’s meal that I’ve had in a long time. Clean restaurant and hot, fresh food. The fish fry was delicious, with mashed potatoes and the coleslaw was perfect. We will definitely go out of our way to go to this Culver’s again. Thank you!!“
“I come to this crumbl at least once a week. The staff is always friendly, greeting you with a “hello, welcome to crumbl!” Recently I went to a different location in Milwaukee and was disappointed I didn’t get the same welcome. I’ve come to really enjoy it. They always have multiple employees working and are VERY quick to get orders out. Even if they have to frost and top cookies, I’ve only waited a max of 5 mins for my order. The store spotless and you can tell each employee cares about their work. I have seen other locations online make terrible cookies that don’t look like the pictures. This location ALWAYS has their cookies coming out BETTER than the pictures advertised. I’ll keep coming back to enjoy the new flavors every week. And a huge thanks to the staff for always being on top of it!“
“Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Has the vintage restaurant feel and is a great location close to Lime Kiln Park as well as the main Village Park. However, because of this the low amount of seating hurts them in the summer time so I don’t recommend staying during dinner rush.“

We gotta say...Kopp's was worth the drive, and we have my uncle to thank for the suggestion! Can't wait to go back there for round 2! “The BEST frozen yogurt in the world. I have always loved Fro-yo and as stores began to disappear my heart was a little bit shattered. Though, when I finally discovered Smart Cow and their little Gem of a location I could not be happier. They always have such great flavors, with every type of profile you could imagine. Though, they do change things out frequently which is nice! I love that their toppings have a large range of options, and they even have real cake batter, or cookie dough to top off your bowl with! Friendly staff, and enjoyable kid friendly atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Super great for people with allergies, nothing meat related happening here.“

“Ordered a 4-pack. It seems I got there at a busy time, with 5-6 other orders being filled ahead of mine and only two gals working (but working pretty diligently!). After I was waiting about 7 minutes or so, we were informed that those of us waiting on one of my selected flavors would have about a 20 minute wait for more to be baked, or we could select a different flavor. My backup flavor ... sold out during the time that I was in the store waiting for my order! Fortunately my order already had one of those placed in my box, or it would have been really disappointing to have to skip two flavors. I did substitute with something else for the brownie cookie just because I had people and groceries waiting in the car and couldn't hang out for 20 minutes. We've only sampled two of the flavors so far but they have both been really yummy! It might be nice to have a few benches or chairs in the shop for customers while they are waiting, especially for anyone with a mobility/medical issue.“

“Met my book club for dinner on a week night. Ordered the Blackberry turkey sub sandwich, which was very tasty. I ordered the smaller size listed, and it indeed was small. I'm glad I wasn't too hungry that evening. I thought the price was on the higher end for the amount of sandwich. You go to the counter to place your order and are given a ticket with a number. When your number is called, you go to the pick-up counter to get your food. The young staff seemed to be having a fun time behind the counter, but since this is a casual atmosphere for families, it didn't bother me. If I had young children or grandchildren, I would stop in for an ice cream treat, which seems to be the fun part of being there.“

“This isn't a review, this is a love story. These are the best sub sandwiches I've ever had in my life. We have been coming here for years and they keep knocking it out of the park. Every other restaurant is cheapening their ingredients and giving you less and charging you more. The Chocolate Factory is staying the course. They have found their lane and they are staying in it and blowing by everyone else in the business. I love, love the Blackberry Turkey Sub with blackberry preserves and giardiniera. We also tried their sub of the month, the Korean Beef Bulgogi. You have not lived until you've had this sub. It's made with Korean beef carnitas, gochujang sauce, super greens, sweet chili sauce, jalapenos and oregano. It's sweet and slightly spicy. The Bulgogi beef is so tender and so flavorful, it melts in your mouth, and is complete culinary perfection! This sub will make you want to cry it's so good. Their sub bread is heaven!! Flaky and crusty and soft on the inside. NOBODY does bread like this any more! Chocolate Factory, I'm yours for life. Don't EVER Change!“

“I don't understand the reviews! This was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Every detail was perfect. It was around $15 for the beef and gravy sandwich, fountain drink, and bag of chips which I felt was slightly high, but definitely worth it after taking my first bite. So so delicious. Soft, perfectly toasted bread. Flavorful tender beef. Gravy good enough to drink. High quality cheese. Everything seems extremely clean, there's plenty of seating, the staff was courteous and attentive, the music is great. I'll certainly be back!“

Today during our visit, a few staff waved at my daughter when we entered and one of the managers even gave a stuffed Scoopie to one of his employees to give to my toddler! It made her day. All I ordered today was custard in the drive thru and there were approximately 12 cars who came and went before I got anything - and that was because I caught the person who was bringing out orders. “You may not know it, but Culver's is a top notch seafood restaurant. One of my favorite dishes is their butterflied shrimp dinner. Welcome to delicious! If you have a hankering for some goooooood shrimp, just stop in at your nearest Culver's. You get 6 golden brown giant shrimp with two sides of your choice so don't just take the fries and coleslaw they suggest. If you order mashed potatoes with butter as I like them, be sure to tell the service person you want HOT mashed potatoes. I like them hot enough to melt the butter. And buttered broccoli! Who'd a thunk it? They actually know how to cook broccoli! So try their glorious Shrimp Dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli and pat yourself on the back for such a great choice!“
“10/10 The workers are very nice it's a nice and quiet environment the food was great and freshly made. I wanted some strawberry ice cream but they didn't sell that but one of the employees put strawberries in my ice cream and it tasted like strawberry ice cream like I wanted but I would definitely recommend B52 and they feed their employees whole meals!Kid-friendliness: They had several options for the kids menu and in the inside since it's close to the holidays they laid out Easter eggs for the kids to get and I felt like that was very sweet and the inside of the restaurant was decorated with airplanes which is very creative. This is definitely considered to be a family restaurant where you can take your family and not have to worry about what the kids gonna eat .“

I came back a couple weeks later and enjoyed the strawberry rhubarb gelato again!“
“I made the mistake of ordering cookies to be delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately DoorDash wasn’t helpful but the owner of this shop was amazing! She was kind, patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the order made it to the right person. She offered me a refund which I told her was not necessary since it wasn’t her mistake and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us, she then hand delivered the cookies my friend! I was very impressed with her customer service and her genuine kindness. If you want to support a dessert shop - this is the one! Thank you so much.“
