We fortunately had a former UWP standout and member of the Jacksonville Jaguars Dan Arnold draw the lucky winners for us that night . Thanks for everything. As always the pizza and service is always excellent.“
“The gym has great specials, Monday's have cheaper top shelf mixed drinks, Friday's you can get a wristband for $15 that gets you unlimited free drinks till 11. It's got a good crowd and great bar staff, and its basically the arcade of bars with cornhole, a giant connect 4, beer pong, and darts.“
“First time customer. Stopped for a Frappe (Badger Freeze) to break up our 5 hour drive. Fantastic customer service! Very friendly staff and provided some suggestions when we were indecisive. The drinks were very flavorful and provided in a timely manner! We will be sure to make this a stop on our next road trip in this area!“
“The ticket is a great place to catch sports and food in the old downtown district of platteville with an ambiance of good people there is never a bad time at the ticket. The service is quick and they go over and above to take care of you, just let them know and it will be done! The food here is amazing, I personally always get the BLT with fresh lettuce and tomatoes with crispy bacon on some lightly butter crispy toast! I will be recommending to all who come to platteville for sure and if you haven't stopped by yet make sure you do! Friendly staff, good food and awesome location! The only reason I gave 5 stars is bc I couldn't give more! Thank you for all you guys do and keep up the good work!“
“really glad this place opened back up. after weeks of pent up isolation, it was fantastic to get back breathing the same air as real american patriots. the crowd was so enthusiastic and loud, i had to yell all night long. i even have a soar throat today from all the yelling i had to do, but i'm not mad at it. i think i took all the shots the bar had last night. i must have been falling over a lot cuz my body is just aching like crazy today. i probably fell flat on my chest cuz it's a little hard to breathe this morning, but no worries. i'll be back at nick's tonight mingling with all my friends and spreading joy to everyone at the bar. i hear they're having a bobbing-for-apples tournament tonight! sign me up! i'll update my review tomorrow after tonight's soirée. now if you'll excuse me, i have to go bring my grandparents their groceries (those old libs are too afraid to leave their home ). P.S. dress light if you go to this bar. there were so many people crammed in last night, i was sweating profusely the whole time. i'm still flushed and sweating today! that's how epic this place is!“
“This is across from Holiday Inn Express and we walked over around 7p. Menu is pizza/burgers (waitress said not what they’re known for)/salads/bar drinks/sandwiches. The place is huge! Sports bar decor with tv/pool table/darts upstairs. A pirate themed room complete with Athena (literal ship built in fir seating on the “deck” and a restaurant/bar downstairs seemed to be “classy” setting. Yummy pizza. 16” carnivore, glass of moscato and a coke was $43. Have 8/12” pizzas too. And Calzones! It’s close to U so just before Sept, we were only ones! In the place“
“The Backbar has a gorgeous view of the bike trail/nature walking area, good tunes, a giant outdoor circle style bar, amazing pizza and long islands. The owners and staff love their jobs too so that’s always a good time. There are 3 bars all connected with the same parking lot. Great summer time hang out!“
“Stopped for supper after touring UW Platteville. Ordered 3 entrees. Barely had time to dig into our chips and salsa and our food was at our table. Chile Chicken Relleno, Burrito Chicken Fantastico and Pollo Loco were all delicious. Staff were courteous and attentive. Will definitely be back since we will have a college student moving in.“
