We went here on Friday because Texas Roadhouse and red lobster had 55 min wait. Went to buffalos. Only 3 tables were taken and not a waitress in eye sight after 5 min finally came out and asked how many. Left and was gone for 5 mins. Came back and told us a 20 min wait. They need more employees and better management! Won't go back
Waited 11 minutes before I was helped at the pick up counter. Only 1 guest at the bar and 1 dining in. Finally once I was helped, they pulled my food out of the warmer. Food was awful! Would have asked for a refund but I used a giftcard and I never intend to eat there again.
