Usually a very pleasant experience until recently. My last 2 online orders have been missing things and so far it has only been a loss. I call, they offer to deliver right away and so far nothing. Had to go get it myself. Disgusting service
Awesome service here! The people here are welcoming and make the sandwiches taste great! There’s also deals you get with free sandwiches. A nice lady named Gabrielle helped me get started on the deals, highly recommend! ?

I’m not sure why this Jimmy John’s is so different then the others, but I’ve ordered delivery here several times and it always takes longer (one time over an hour with no notification). Two of the three times I’ve been in the location my sandwich order was wrong. When I was there Saturday they were answering the phone by saying “Jimmy John’s we are at 1.5 hours for deliver.” Crazy. I think a three star is fair for this location.
