I placed a delivery order for 12-14 items with some special requests. They nailed ALMOST everything. I tried calling the number via the DD app but no luck. So I called the store. The manager quickly apologized an went out of his way to correct the mistakes that had been made. Within 15 min or so there was a panda employee at my door handing me the remainder of my order. I used to eat here 2 or 3 times a week, but now that it's 2024, their walk in dine in no longer exists. I stood in line last week for 30 minutes with 5 people in front of me. Before they even asked the first person what they wanted, everything was gone, so I walked out. 4 days ago, I went back and had the same experience. Screw me once, shame on you.
