Food was old and soggy. Like it was made hours ago and not 15 mins ago when we order it. The most disgusting taco bell food I have ever had. It’s like they stepped on it and gave to us. It was also ice cold. Completely useless and incompetent employees and management.
If at 7pm during the week your doors are going be locked and your only taking delivery service orders...put a sign up so we customers are wasting time getting out the car then having to sit in the drive thru. Where's your common sense.

I went in the drive thru at about 1130am, they messed up my food so I came in. It was a person with a manager shirt on and a limp. She was very very rude and had a snotty attitude. She did not seem like she wanted to help me much. I usually try to visit twice a week but the last month has been absolutely horrible.
