This is the 3rd time I have gone here & I am more upset with myself that I don't go here more often. The food is amazing & the atmosphere is great. I can see why it wins best fish fry in Racine County. Came in with my girlfriend for a Lentil Fish Fry & it definitely did not disappoint at all. Wait was 30-40min but I entered expecting that. Found a spot at the bar for the final 25min of the wait. Ordered the Calimari for an appetizer. Very good & you could tell it wasn't some fake...read full review
We had the grouper dinner with wild rice and thin sliced sautéed carrots,onions and zucchini. The grouper was seasoned with Cajun spices and was firm and tasty and well presented. The veggies were al dente and flavorful. There was only one server on today, so she was running and service was a bit slow. As always, the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable.... not too busy. We have been going here for 30 years, and Joey has taken the Yardarm to a new level.
