“I always get delivery so i cannot rate atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I know im probably jinxing myself but every single order has been just amazing chicken. Cooked so perfectly. Juicy. Great amount if flavor. Sandwiches or tenders (my fav) always on point. Ive orobably ordered from here over 30 times in the last couple years.“

We are always greeted right away even though I see some regulars. We don’t get treated any different, the food is always hot so when I wait I know it’s because the chef is cooking it the right way.they have weekly specials like margarita Mondays, wing Wednesdays, tenderoni (chicken tenders)Thursdays, fish fry Fridays, and Saturday and Sundays are specials on micheladas and mimosas.“

“I grabbed a hot cheeseburger and fries and an olde tyme pink lemonade on New years Day. The staff was friendly and quick to help me. My food was made fresh, ready to go within 8 minutes and less than $14 for a combo meal. Absolutely delicious, and I'll be back to try the fish soon.“

“Steny’s is a go-to for sports, their trivia is so fun, and I cannot think of a time I’ve been and it’s not been great. Bartenders and servers are super friendly, you do have to keep in mind that when it’s absolutely packed, there will be some small delays!Vegetarian options: They have a vegan chicken that’s really great to add and are so helpful making something vegan for me. My favorite is the G Thang salad as a wrap with the faux chicken. Also, their side of veggies is the BEST most simple side you could want.“

“Came from madison area, to experience some of the best wings, and most friendly bar atmosphere I’ve ever seen! Our Bartender/server, Brad was extremely friendly, and very helpful when it came to the menu! The wings were saucy, yet perfectly crisp, and moist on the inside and Very large healthy wings!! The tap beers were on special, and also enjoyed some of they’re famous old fashions. Definitely will be making the trip back!! Highly recommend if your in search of excellent wings, or just a good bar to grab a drink!“

“Visiting Milwaukee for the day and had to stop in 3rd St Market Hall…once I saw Mr. Wings I had to give the Gold Digger bone in wings a try… and I’m so glad I did. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Hot, fresh, and crispy! The sauce was a perfect pair with the hefty wings. If there were more than 5 stars I’d give it. Looking forward to trying other flavors soon.“

“It was a after normal dinner time near 8pm on a Friday night and was looking for fish fry. There were many choices in the neighborhood and decided on JJ Fish. Had the 6 wings 6 fish. Was able to get 3 catfish steaks and 3 ocean perch with fries. The place was busy with lots of carry out order, but they had two people in the kitchen cooking and one up front packing and taking orders. Fish was tasty, fresh tasting and hot. Lots of fries if you like fries and only complaint would be wish it came with even a small side of slaw. I think you could purchase it, but it would have made the meal even more with it. Next time. Will be back even though.“

“Little bit of a busy place but so worth it! I can't stop thinking about their wings since I tried them ? they only have one flavor for wings but they're are highly suggested and so delicious! Sides were so tasty too, love the tater tots!!Parking: Parking is not always the greatest just because it's a somewhat busy area but definitely will find it!“

“I order the Lg mac n cheese, fish filet, and the jerk burrito. The mac n cheese tasted cajun style and it was made with penne pasta. The fish was fried crispy and cajun seasoned as well. The jerk burrito was very different and was packed with rice more than anything. I think it was suppose to be like a jerk plate but put into a burrito. The menu said it comes with beans and rice, cabbage and jerk chicken. It was big and toasted. I didn't care for the fries. They where too soft and not salted. I'll give all of it a 8. I do plan on going back for the shrimp and grits I've read about in the reviews.“

I also love the vegan cheese, so my wife and I can share my first love of regular pizza topping together. The vegan toppers sticks, are also surprisingly good on their own. “Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving at around 730pm not realizing that they close at 8. Everything was off and they were getting ready to shut down. We were greeted immediately and told it was okay, they'd still take our order. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. As they prepared our food we were chatting and joking with them. They gave us a little history on their location which was pretty cool. The restaurant itself was very clean. From the walls, to the floor, the counters, all very clean. Food was great as well. We usually go to the 13th street location but will most definitely be coming to this location from now on. Thanks to the staff for the awesome service!“

“We went here before catching the shuttle from Wurstbar to Am Fam.They had a duo playing on the small stage on the street side, but they also have a stage in back more appropriate for a band.We weren't able to catch the same shuttle out of the ballpark, but I think it would have been great to hear the DJ here. I get the catfish dinner, fried hard with lemon pepper. Large portions of good-looking catfish filets. Light and crispy on the outside. Soft, flaky, and moist on the inside. Perfect every time. Never burnt, never hard.It is hot and steamy. If food is kept in the container too long, the batter may get more soft than desired. Needs to be eaten soon as it is ready.Had a small issue one time. “I had stopped patronizing JJ’s because of such bad service-then I happen to stop by the JJ’s on 62nd and Capitol-Upon enter I was created by Lou who was kind, the lobby was clean and the food was great! I had order a catfish dinner and forgot it on the counter. I called the restaurant and was told to come back-I went the next day not realizing the staff made the dinner the day before.sure enough Lou gave me a slight tongue lashing with a smile and prepared me dinner. “I stopped here after lunch to check the place out after driving past it for many years. Unfortunately it has the street under construction in front of it so you have to park in the surrounding neighborhood to get there at the moment. It's your typical West Allis dive bar that looks aged with a pool table, flat screens etc. They have daily specials and a small hot food menu. The owner survived the C19 shut down only to endure the front street shut down which kills his business because I was the only person in the place, what a back to back shame. Being the only person in the place kills the enjoyment of going out with no one around you to talk to so I had to leave and move on, when the street is fixed and people come back I would like to stop back over.“

Everything was hot and fresh when we picked it up, and we had enough for leftovers. Now I've had their chicken before, so I already knew it was good but had never tried the ribs, and they were so tender and flavorful. I was expecting a small portion, but thru gave us plenty! “Two employees I dealt with were great. The front end lady was bubbly personable and very helpful. The young man in the back didn't speak but smiled under his Jurassic Park mask.
