“Went to Faklandia on karaoke night and was disappointed with the service. It took me like 10 minutes to get my drink order placed, which was only able to happen when my friend flagged the bartender down. Then while making the drink order I informed the bartender that I would be placing an order for food too, in which I had to have my friend once again flag him down. Throughout the night, the theme stayed about the same as the bartender seemed to give 95% of his attention to one part of the bar (the group with the club mugs). Additionally, I’m not sure if I caught the bartender on a bad day or what, but the dude had a straight up stone face and zero personality/friendliness the whole night to the point where I felt like I was inconveniencing him. Lastly, I’m pretty positive that based on my bill price, I didn’t receive my bogo beer, which is disappointing. Overall, I’d describe my experience as “meh”. Do better Faklandia!“
“I came here for lunch and was surprised at how extensive the menu is. It was Friday and the beer batter fish fry was crispy and delicious. Plus, potato pancakes are offered. I'm surprised that Saraphino's isn't among Mikwaukee's favorite places for a fish fry. Next time I want to try their Italian dishes!“
“I ordered a pizza for my family and a gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese for myself, as I have severe dietary allergies, and when we drove home and unwrapped the pizzas to bake them, I noticed that mine did not have a gluten free crust, it was a wheat crust like the other, and there was dairy cheese on it. I called the store to try to order a replacement, but no one answered. I called the customer service number and there also was no answer, so I emailed customer service, who offered me a small discount on a future purchase. What a joke.Thank goodness I noticed the difference, and didn’t get really sick from eating it, but what a completely unacceptable experience.Update: finally got in touch with the new manager, who was appalled, immediately refunded me for the pizza I ordered but was unable to eat, and gave me a voucher for 2 free pizzas. Now that’s customer service. ??“
“Great pizzas, pastas and cocktails. The Agrigento (sausage & pep with garlic sauce base) is the best. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable atmosphere. Passion goes into what they do here and it shows. Definitely a must try if you are a fan of Italian food.“
“One of my favorite spots for girls night out or to bring my parents. I had my graduation dinner here and impressed all my relatives. My favorite menu item is the cilantro shrimp. Definitely a must try in Milwaukee if you like great food and top-notch cocktails.“

“I always point people to this spot when they ask where my favorite pizza is. I love the unique combinations that they come up with. We got two pizzas and some spinach artichoke dip. Our server had a lot of energy and was very attentive. We made a reservation on a Thursday and I'm glad we did because the place was poppin. There was live music, too.“

“My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight after not visiting for a couple of years. Everything was amazing. Our server, Lauren, was awesome- attentive, kind, easy to talk to, and gave us some awesome recommendations. My husband had one of the pastas (paccheri alla genovese) and said it was the best thing he’s ever eaten! Always thankful for an evening here❤️“
