“Great friendly environment and the staff is always on top of things I went in for food and drinks a few times with friends and always had a great time and they offer a good variety of specials for food and drinks the cupids kiss ice cream drink special for valentine's day was my favorite and the lucky charms drink for St. Patrick's day was one to order again I wish I could have taken some pictures of both drinks because they were almost works of art and very picture presentable worthy as far as the food the pizza is delicious and steak nachos made me come back for more I also loved how they did meat raffles and other community events here even if you don't drink and don't eat much this place is definitely still a great place to meet up with old friends or make new ones so if you need a night out wild one or not this is the place to head to if old Dale isn't in Tim will definitely take goodcare of you check it out and have some fun“

“Read reviews about the pizza, so had to try it. It did not disappoint. Great sauce. Good cheese. Sausage very good. Crust crispy. Only negative was it was a little too salty. “Great dinner on a busy Friday night. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Wait was almost an hour at 6:30, which is expected when you're cranking out delicious fish. I had the pan fried walleye with their famous potato salad - yum! My husband had the fried walleye with chips - double yum! We also had our 3 kiddos with us who had a cheeseburger, chicken fingers, and a corn dog from the kiddie menu. Nice portions and prices - we will be back!“
“Enjoyed lunch on a Friday afternoon. Bar had great decor, good selection of music, great drink choices and delicious food. Only downfall was they didn't have peanut butter whiskey. My husband enjoyed the tap beer selection. Simple menu with traditional Irish food. Not busy at the time so good came out quickly piping hot. Great flavors, fries were cooked perfect and townie tots with some kind of garlic sauce drizzled on top will be ordered again, so good. Barbecue sauce had great flavor. Impressed all around.“

“I do have to say I enjoyed working at pollackin so very much. The customers are regulars that we would have daily and clientele we're just awesome. I remember lunches got quite busy most of the time was just bruising myself tired it was one of the most enjoyable jobs I had. The food is very good nowadays though some of the workers are pretty stuck up and snobby I think they don't realize one day they're going to get old too. And truthfully I can't believe that they're not open for lunch. It's a shame how this generation is no respect for the elderly no respect for anybody lazy now let pollackin was a great place and a great business too bad you messed it all up what a shame you shouldn't have don't know what hard work really is“
“They have REALLY good burgers! The people are very friendly. I suggest the Hill Burger, it is made from a proprietary fresh burger mixture (as are all their burgers). Charbroiled deliciousness! The fries are crispy & very good as well. With their new pool hall being built I say people should check it out for sure!“
“They can be short staffed at times but I'm telling you the burgers are soo worth the wait, ok the fries as well. “The food and service here are both good. The waitress was attentive and food tastes wonderfully homemade but be aware of their policies for credit card fees and charging for every refill on soda. I wish places would tell you that before they serve you. We could’ve been ok with one soda, and saved $2.50 plus extra money in a credit card fee! We are far less likely to make this part of our regular restaurant rotation now.“

“Came to this restaurant as was told about $.50 boneless wings on Sundays. Got garlic Parmesan and Chipotle sauces which were both good. I had the salmon wrap which was fantastic with beer battered fries and my husband had the Beast burger with crinkle fries. He said it was good just a little dry for his taste. We both also had a Bloody Mary with horseradish, mine was spicy and his was not. He thought my spicy one was too spicy but I enjoyed it that way! Definitely want to go back again! On top of the food being great, the waitress was great, it was my husbands birthday so she surprised us with 2 shots that were so good I asked her what they were, she said it was pineapple upside down cake. She even held a candle for my husband to blow out. then when we went up to bar to pay for our dinner, she gave an extra chip to get a free drink when we come back. Much appreciated great service!“
