Our first year, we were told to go by a member of the climb team who raved about how delicious the food and the beer was! Since then, it has become a tradition that we look forward to every year! “Today I went in to get coffee's for my cousins that own near by businesses and I asked the ladies if they knew exactly what they drink and they were spot on. Now that is great customer service and good remembering skills. Then I am a girl who likes sweet coffee drinks and they were spot on with recommending a French Toast iced latte, was delicious and definetly stopping for another one of those. Thank you so much!!”

“We stopped for the first time today, (Tuesday April 4th.) after our friends were there a week ago....very impressed, Bartender was awesome, she took care of us and everyone in the bar, and cooked food while doing this, Food was Perfect, and Prices were Fantastic. “Today I went in to the restraurant to get supper for Christmas Eve with the family. After last week losing our dad my stepmom is not feeling like cooking and we have had lasagna for several years. No matter what we were not changing tradition. So when I walked into the restraurant tonight and my order was mistaken for next week. April went above and beyond to make it right and to make sure tomorrows dinner was not ruined. She made sure a 1/2 pan of lasagna was freshly made and a delicious dessert was had. Service was above excellent, everyone was super friendly, very efficient, and even made me laugh. Thank you for making things perfect even when it did not start out that way. Will be back soon and hey with such great staff there maybe I will leave an application, after all having a good boss and good co workers makes a huge difference. Happy Holidays. Also thank you for helping with the Charlie's issue and making it right. Truly great small town ethics.”

“Last night my family ate at the outdoor tables at Culver’s in Shawano. As we were eating I noticed a young teen worker say loudly, clearly and kindly to an older gentleman ‘’Hello Sir! Thank you for your service!” The man had an oxygen tank and his baseball hat identified him as a veteran (I believe…didn’t get a great look). The man said ‘’Thank you!’’ as the young man held the door open for him, and he responded with ‘’No,thank YOU’’. So basically it was like the most heartwarming thing to see, and this young worker should be promoted (to the US Presidency at least😂) It all just made me want to be a better person. So happy there are parents that teach their children this respect. Culver’s must also train their employees so well, because this is not the first time I’ve been super impressed with how kind they are. I’ve had repeated amazing service from the staff there (and at several locations too). Great job guys, keep up the amazing work! And thank you to this vet and young man who humbled me.”

“We stopped in within an hour of the store closing.
We went inside to order as we wanted to see what was available for refreshers, and if they had much in the way of donuts left.
We realized at that time of night that they may be down to just a few things left.
Our two drinks were made right away, and we didn't wait for the donuts.
We were not in a rush, so we understood when the solo employee quickly made a drive-thru order.
She did get back to us with our donuts when she finished with the drive-thru drink.
We were both impressed by how the young woman working the closing shift was a one-person army.
She was doing a great job for one working alone.
The donuts were very good when we ate them back at our hotel.
I'd suggest a bit of patience if they are short-staffed, like what we saw, but it was worth the visit on a Sunday night.”
