“Went to Jaspers for Trivia on Monday night, like the Host. They have Trivia every Monday night. The atmosphere of the bar was very Homey. Lots of people there tonight. Mt friend hangs out there. “We live an hour away and wanted to check out Dickens of a Christmas. The Public House was packed and it was a litle chaotic with all of the people, but all of the staff there patient and didn't even seem the slightest bit flustered and still managed to provide great service. We had a great experience and the food was great, too!”

“Had a wonderful dinner with pre-game cocktails. Great cocktail prices and generous pour. I had Cajun grouper since that is pretty rare in these parts. Very tasty and perfectly seasoned. Our group also had salmon, haddock, and ribs. Everyone raved about their food and prices were very reasonable. Seafood chowder was tasty. Garlic toast and bread with your meal as well. “For a bar that looks kinda run down and iffy outside, it sure is in great shape inside! We dropped in for a quick drink on Friday afternoon just to see what it was like. The outside gives the vibe of an old tavern/dive bar so I expected the inside to be the 1980's typical bar but I was definitely surprised to see how new and updated it was! The ladies room was super clean, the furniture in the bar was practically new, the bar was shiny. There was a small but good selection of alcohol and the bartender was friendly and informative about the other local *competition* and goings on in the area. We had already eaten lunch but I think we may drop in for a burger sometime and see what it's got going on.Give it a chance, you will be pleasantly surprised too!”

“Love Woodeye's! Everything I've had from the menu has been delicious! Woodeye's has a fun and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food! Woodeye's is also great for events! “First time coming here! Was for my birthday on St. Patrick’s day. Was pretty busy but had raffles going on too. Food was ok. Better if chicken tenders were actually tenders (ground processed ones).. fiesta popper were great! Bourbon burger was good, wasn’t load with sauce, good combo of toppings.”

“We have had many amazing dinners with our family and many friends! One of our favorite nights to go is Wednesday to enjoy their amazing crab dinner. It's the best around. Another wonderful thing about going here is they have burger that can be served on a gluten free bun. My family family has two people in it that have ceilac and as many know around our area we don't have many places we can eat at. Having these options for us is a blessing, we appreciate it!! “My husband and I went here for dinner tonight. I looked online and found a place with good reviews and the food looked good and the pic of the bar was our kinda place so we tried it out. 12 minutes outside of Oshkosh and omg this place was amazing. From the phone call I made to make the reservation with Terri to walking in the door and speaking with her and seating at the bar to meet the owners behind the bar working their tails off. This place was amazing! Andy made us a great drink when we got there and some regulars we sat next to gave us a great recommendation on the menu but also assured us in the 20 years he's been coming here has never had a bad meal. They had a great selection of upscale liquor behind the bar as well if your into that but also made a mean old fashion. Classe Azul and Basil Haden to name a few and some Blatons type bottle bourbon with a moose on top (I apologize for the spelling and recollection...the drinks were great lol.) Anyways we sat down for dinner with our server Lisa as she recommended some great things and was great at coursing our meal. We had the most amazing fish we have had in Wisconsin. We are new to Oshkosh area and this place is now the place we will go to. My husband asked where should we try next week because we were on the hunt for a great place and I looked at him sideways. Ummm we aren't going anywhere else! I have worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and this place was exceptional! Sorry to everyone for rambling but this place deserves it! Overall we felt at home and like family with these amazing people. We will be back and you should absolutely try it at least once! Also side note the history behind this place and it's still in the family and hasn't changed in 20 years is not a bad thing! They know what they are doing. The selection on the menu is amazing. The ambiance is very Wisconsin traditional supper club! Change nothing.”
