“2nd visit. It was a quite night, the staff informed us that was due to ”spring break”. This restaurant has a warm, fun atmosphere. We were given a “tour” of the two main floor dining rooms and learned about the history of the building and Wausau itself buy the pictures hanging on the walls. The staff was attentive. Extensive wine list, bartender gave a quick lesson of Gins (differences between London dry and botanical) to one of our guests. With spring around the corner, I enjoyed the zucchini pasta.”

“Super friendly service. We came in quick, passing by travelling for lunch, called 20 minutes before and ordered 4 plates ahead to arrive and sit down. Th waitress was already all set waiting for us and jus set the table with all the plates ready to go. She was super friendly. The food was good, I wouldn't say it's the freshest farm to table type quality but the combination of the tastes and ingredients was so well thought through and gives you an awesome culinary experience. Fries we're good, better than chips. Salad we ordered with dressing apart which was a good idea because the dressing is good but also very thick and oily. Burgers were really tasty. Bruschetta was interesting and I recommend!
Parking is on the street by the hotel, not sure if hotel parking can be used since restaurant seems to be part of it. Bathrooms available and clean. Prices were fair and options were good. I recommend this place !”

“Sam's Pizza for the win. I walked in for my pick up today and was treated like family. I had not been there for a while and was greeted by name and handed my pizza before I could even get my wallet. They were also very busy but not busy enough to treat everyone there the same as they treated me. Of course the pizza and garlic bread were amazing. This place is a Wausau landmark for a reason. Thank you Sam's Pizza !!”

“Whenever the family and I are in the Wausau area, this is always included in our planning. For a small corner shop, this place outputs some of the best food around. This weekend we stopped in for Phó and the Mochi doughnuts, and boy this satisfied every craving I’ve had in my bones. First of all, I’ve eaten Phó all across the United States, and this place is number one in my opinion. The juice is so good, there’s no need to add anything else to intensify the flavor, just a spoon full of oil chili (if you enjoy spice). We also love the boba drinks, which I enjoyed with my Phó. Any whooo, to wrap this up, if this place existed in a larger town you’d have to hire an entire crew to fulfill a line of people waiting outside of the door!! I highly recommend anyone to check this hidden gem out. I can’t stress how good everything here is. They have a something for everyone. I tell my wife, they’ve taken Hmong food to the next level! TRY IT OUT! A hidden gem in the north woods, who would have thought!!! Posted to Google as well!”

“This place is a great little find! Happened upon it by chance, but I'm glad I did. The Gyro meat was tender, and the homemade Tzatziki sauce has a great flavor that doesn't overpower the rest of the gyro. The baklava has a really good flaky Philo dough, and the filling is nutty and not too sweet. Highly recommend this place. I'm looking to try the baba ghanoush next time I'm in town.”

“Some family and I went out for a fish fry here. The drinks are reasonably priced and have a good solid pour. My pan-fried Walleye was really good. Two of the five food orders were not correct. One was missing the extra piece of fish, and one had beer battered that was supposed to be baked. The wait staff apologized and brought out the extra fish and offered some free drinks.”

“Stopped here while in Wausau based on reviews I had read. Absolutely fantastic food and amazing service. I had the veggie omelet- highly recommend! The veggies were clearly fresh, not frozen. Huge portion on hash browns that were piping hot! Shared a plate of pumpkin pancakes with hubby, they were fantastic! Made me wish I lived closer! Our server was super friendly and attentive. Seemed like only minutes and our food was ready!! 5 stars!”

The food was exceptional, and the rich history of the place added to the experience. Despite how busy it was, the service was remarkably attentive. The burgers & wraps were among the best in town, and the fish fry was absolutely delicious. I’m honestly disappointed I didn’t discover this establishment sooner. We will most certainly be back to visit soon. Don’t lets this one get by you, it was well worth the visit.”

“I got to the restaurant at 7:35 - 25 min before closing. I figured I'd get a slice that had been sitting for a bit, since they were closing soon. Grabbed my slice and headed to my van. Before pulling out of the parking lot, I opened the bag and began adding parmesan cheese to the slice. To my surprise, the pizza was very fresh. It was probably the best slice I've had from a Rocky's. And I've gone to plenty all over the state due to my traveling job. Great job! Next time I'm back in Wausau, I am definitely stopping for another slice.”

It’s a good price, as long as paid for in cash, so not to pay the credit card fee they have, like many small businesses. I really love the layout to their store. Wish they’d be a little closer to get to, but thankful they’re not too far away also.?”

“It's almost like two completely different bars. The outdoor patio with chairs and bag toss is nice when the weather is warm. While indoors is like a small town Wisconsin bar with bluecollar locals. Mainly a beer bar but it's very affordable.”

“A Baskin Robbins is just what the Wausau area needed, and the fact that it's conveniently located inside of a Dunkin' Donuts makes it even better.The inside of the building was clean and the service was fast and friendly. There are fewer ice cream flavors to choose from compared to other Baskin Robbins locations, but they've got all of the fan favorites available.”

But, most authentic restaurants don’t have the best service. The food speaks for itself. It was a little bit warm when we visited. You just have to sweat through enjoying your meal. See pictures. “Ate at the Wausau location twice last week (once dine in and once for takeout). Both times the food I ordered was amazing! Bread sticks were hot, workers were pleasant, even the nice young man (Trevor) who cooked our food came out to ask how our food was (that was the time we ordered dine in). Pumpkin cheesecake is AMAZEBALLS!! The pizza pasta I ordered for take out was also so good! If it’s been awhile since eating there, or had a bad experience in the past, give it another try please. They seem to be working hard to turn things around. Pictures are from my take out order.”

I see lots of bad reviews from old employees.. boyfriends of ex employees.. ex patrons etc.. typical behavior from the ones causing the problems.. but now that the trash has taken itself out because management DOES care and won't stand for the behavior the business itself gets trashed.. only bar in the whole town worth going to! Dana is great and has been doing an amazing job the 20ish years she's been there! Highly recommend labor temple and the pizza is amazing!”

Somehow the kid managed to put olives on that thing, I checked your menu twice. You do not sell olives. Where did he get them from??? Then asked them (begged) to drown it in mayonnaise and Ceasar. Perfect service for a perfectly horrendous sandwich. 10/10 service, left the kid a $20 tip (VIA PAYPAL).”

To be honest this is the only place we get pizza in Wausau as we haven’t found any better let alone the cost makes it even better.”

“We hired 2510 Restaurant to cater our wedding and it was fantastic! Cheryl, the catering coordinator, was accommodating and great to work with. The restaurant even worked with us to create a new gluten-free and vegan dish for some of our guests. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind on the day of the wedding, as well as during setup and cleanup. We would highly recommend 2510 Restaurant for catering!”
