“Hands down my favorite restaurant in the Milwaukee area, and probably anywhere. You can't get better Indian food in Milwaukee; believe me I've tried almost every Indian restaurant in the area and with every one my fiancé and I say "This is really good, but it's not as good as India Garden." Literally everything I've ordered here has been fabulous.”

“My favorite steak in town…. “Steak au Poivre” can be found at this great French restaurant (French not not haughty) in Wauwatosa. Favorite steak as it tastes great, and presented well. Sliced on an angle and sauced with a red wine black peppercorn reduction, it has just enough char on the outside to balance the medium rare I love inside. Along with taste, I love that it comes with my fav vegetables-haricot vertes and absolutely perfect French fries! So unlike popular steak restaurants, at LaReve you get more than just meat for the list price! Yum + Yay! The desserts? They are as gorgeous as they are delicious! The case is filled with sweet perfection, each one more beautiful than the next! Just so hard to pick which on.! And the macrons are iconic-crisp outside and soft chewy inside, take a few home with you! But what a treat to find a Kir Royale on the menu last night at dinner before a show! I’m sure it’s a direct effect of Emily in Paris Season 3, but maybe I just never noticed it on the menu before! I served these for Christmas ten years ago and when I saw Emily working on an ad campaign, I just knew they’d start to show up on menus soon. Lucky me! Bon Appetite! This place is great for a girls lunch or business lunch, A friends dinner or date night!”

“Our third time and the anniversary couple's first time (55 years!) and we were all thoroughly impressed! The food is so authentic - better than any dish we had when we visited Italy! Made with love and fresh ingredients, served by staff who care, and presentation and waitstaff well worth the price. This is not inexpensive, but for any meal with ambiance, and never disappointing, I recommend it highly. Five star everything. We cannot say enough. Thank you for contributing a wonderful Italian option in Tosa area.”

Casual atmosphere where you feel like family- but can leave your slippas on! And great island treats & gifts. March of 2025 they have a $10 the King Kamehameha Platter and it's a great way to sample all their dishes. my Favorites are the poké & CharSiu pork🌺”

18% gratuity was a bit weird to me and was my only complaint. Forced tips always seem wrong to me especially since I just got a water.

“We sat at the bar to wait the 15 minutes for our table. After 10 minutes we had to ask if we can order a drink, there isn’t a bartender on a Saturday night? The staff was very polite and attentive after we were seated at our table. The clam chowder was delicious and the Crab boil was amazing! We will definitely be back.”

“okay i’ve gone to a couple different locations and i love love love their coffee and what they stand for as a business. this spot had a lot of nice seating and was super chill.

this time i decided to get a matcha latte with almond milk. at first glance the matcha isn’t super fresh and green, and it’s also not super mixed in - there were chunks of matcha in there. for the quality and price of $7 i would not say it’s worth it. overall i would say the matcha was just okay, but would go back for coffee anytime!”

They kindly offered to have it ready at 6:30 instead and on my cup I can see they wrote “don’t start until 6:25”. This is the kind of care and service you don’t get at a Starbucks, and the coffee is amazing too! Only area to improve would be to sell the matcha in stores :)”

“First time at Anadyne. This is what a expect from a good coffee shop. Personal and friendly baristas, a good selection of coffees, lattes and teas, a reasonable offering of various fresh baked items and pastries, and a subdued atmosphere where you can have a quiet conversation.

This location is medium size shop, with a long bar like counter for ordering. It has some natural light from large windows in the front, and some more windows in the rear. You can find seating both inside at small tables, or outside on cafe size tables. (the back is secluded which would be nice on a warmer day).

On this visit, I ordered a London Fog Latte, and tried one of their fresh Cinnamon Knots with Icing. They did a great job with the London Fog (little vanilla, little lavender, extra foam). First time trying the Cinnamon Knot, which they warmed up. I really enjoyed all of the dough layers, with generous amounts of cinnamon. (The icing itself was more of a distraction, it was hard and simply flaked off).

From the looks/sounds of things, there are many regulars that stop in for quick up or mug refill. Lots of friendly chatter happening throughout. It appears to be a local favorite.

They have an entire vegan menu, and vegan desserts in their baked goods area are clearly marked. A great lunch option for vegans!”

“Since moving to Wisconsin, many people have said to try a sub from Cousins. I got a free sub coupon from a volunteer event, so I figured it was the perfect time to try them out. I got the cheesesteak with extra mayo and a side of curds. The sandwich was great. It was very flavorful, and the bread was the perfect texture. The toppings were stacked but not overloaded, which is how I like it. Overall, I’d gladly get another sub here.”
