“I chose the Kansas Strip steak with a twice baked potato. It's a bone in steak with New York strip and a bit of tenderloin. It was absolutely delicious! Great flavor, prepared to medium perfectly. Before your meal is delivered, you start out with a nice mixed greens salad and choice of soup which French onion is included with those choices!! I'm looking forward to my next visit there with my boyfriend and our friends. Oh yeah, their old fashioned's are quite tasty as well!“
“I like to take long, exploratory drives and I found this unique restaurant one day after going to the lake. I couldn't stay to eat there but was determined to go back and I did last night.I had the haddock which was perfectly cooked with minimal seasoning which is great for that fish; its own buttery flavor needs to come through and it very much did. My mom had the broasted chicken which was so good that she ate too much of it. I think it was worth the overly full tummy. We both had baked potatoes and they were fine. The herb bread we made sure to take home. I recommend picking some up before a holiday and warming it up for the dinner. I asked our server if people do that and she said that they do. I can see why; it's lovely.When Schreiner's in FDL closed, I thought I might never get another bowl of clam chowder as good but Fin's is just as good even though it's a different recipe. I liked it so much that I had more to cap off my meal.Our iced tea came in a carafe so that we could refill as needed. I would like to see more restaurants do that. All that we might need was on the table or at the salad bar for the most part but Lynda was prompt in bringing whatever we asked for that wasn't there.She was very accommodating overall and took care of several tables in the dining room easily. That's difficult to do but she's adept. Most of all I felt genuine friendliness and she appreciated my positive feedback.It was dark out but we could see the water. We were sat by a window and the deck was right outside. I always seek restaurants that are close by water. I can't have a view of the Pacific in this state but we do have lakes and rivers.I'll be back when it's warmer. The prices are reasonable and the food quality is excellent. I will probably try one of the burgers because they look like something a cut above most establishments' burgers, given the thick patties and what look to be buns baked in house with a nice egg wash for deep golden color. That made them look so appetizing that I almost regretted my fish. Almost.I cannot go on forever but I will say that I don't often find 7 or 8 different items I'd like to try on one menu and I do with Fin 'N' Feather. Mom had a hard time deciding, too. That means we need to go back. :)“

“It was my first time there. Salad bar was very good. Homemade dressing was wonderful. The staff and other guests were so welcoming. I have to say that the best part of the meal was the steak. Without a doubt, the best steak I have had in my life. I also sampled my husbands steak and it was just as good. Can't wait to return.“

“We have had many amazing dinners with our family and many friends! One of our favorite nights to go is Wednesday to enjoy their amazing crab dinner. It's the best around. Another wonderful thing about going here is they have burger that can be served on a gluten free bun. My family family has two people in it that have ceilac and as many know around our area we don't have many places we can eat at. Having these options for us is a blessing, we appreciate it!! “My husband and I went here for dinner tonight. I looked online and found a place with good reviews and the food looked good and the pic of the bar was our kinda place so we tried it out. 12 minutes outside of Oshkosh and omg this place was amazing. From the phone call I made to make the reservation with Terri to walking in the door and speaking with her and seating at the bar to meet the owners behind the bar working their tails off. This place was amazing! Andy made us a great drink when we got there and some regulars we sat next to gave us a great recommendation on the menu but also assured us in the 20 years he's been coming here has never had a bad meal. They had a great selection of upscale liquor behind the bar as well if your into that but also made a mean old fashion. Classe Azul and Basil Haden to name a few and some Blatons type bottle bourbon with a moose on top (I apologize for the spelling and recollection...the drinks were great lol.) Anyways we sat down for dinner with our server Lisa as she recommended some great things and was great at coursing our meal. We had the most amazing fish we have had in Wisconsin. We are new to Oshkosh area and this place is now the place we will go to. My husband asked where should we try next week because we were on the hunt for a great place and I looked at him sideways. Ummm we aren't going anywhere else! I have worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and this place was exceptional! Sorry to everyone for rambling but this place deserves it! Overall we felt at home and like family with these amazing people. We will be back and you should absolutely try it at least once! Also side note the history behind this place and it's still in the family and hasn't changed in 20 years is not a bad thing! They know what they are doing. The selection on the menu is amazing. The ambiance is very Wisconsin traditional supper club! Change nothing.“
“Went for a work lunch outing- was really impressed! There were school students there before our group and more came later as well and they had it sectioned off nicely so each group could bowl. Great facility, great prices, nice ball selection, well cared for lanes and fun between frame animations. Food and drinks were good and put out on time.Would highly recommend for any occasion!“
“They are under new ownership and to be honest the fish fry combo was not as good or near as big as it used to be. It was good, Just not awesome. Service was extremely slow and many times there wasn't even a bartender to be seen. When we were ready for our bill one of the kitchen staff came out and he was actually very rude to us. Have to say a little disappointed. Used to be one of our favorite fish fry places.“

“Had a wonderful dinner with pre-game cocktails. Great cocktail prices and generous pour. I had Cajun grouper since that is pretty rare in these parts. Very tasty and perfectly seasoned. Our group also had salmon, haddock, and ribs. Everyone raved about their food and prices were very reasonable. Seafood chowder was tasty. Garlic toast and bread with your meal as well. We'll be back.“
