My plate wasn't sitting our waitstaff was on it and that's what I like our food was hot when we received it. This was our first time there and we will be back. Everyone was so polite thanks I like that.“

“GO HERE, food was phenomenal on the same tier as canes, Popeyes, Chik fil a, and restaurant’s alike. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive, but needless to say I was blown away, the chicken was so hot and crispy yet it was still juicy. “We are locals in the Dells and we usually eat at Showboat/Tugs at least once a week for their amazing specials! The staff is always super friendly and the food comes out at the perfect time. I am gluten free and they have the BEST gluten free pizza ever!!!! If you like Wings… this place is a must!!! Thank you for always taking care of us and providing amazing food and service!“

“I ordered a couple pizzas and an order of wings on a Friday night. The wait time was about hour (as I expected). Order arrived right on time, the wings were EXCELLENT even after being packaged up and transported and the pizza was hot fresh and very tasty. Service was friendly and even carried it into my condo. Definitely will be coming back.“

“WOW! Greatest service I have ever received from a bar. Every single employee checked on our table multiple times. Right when we arrived, a staff member pointed out the restrooms as they are not in plain view. Then ended the night with some fun karaoke. We only had drinks, so am unable to speak to the food. “We came in yesterday (Saturday) afternoon around 4pm. Brandon provided absolutely flawless service, checking on us often, attentive, professional, and made good drinks. We had a lot of fun while the bar was slow but a bit of a rowdy crowd started showing up so we moved on. Overall though I had a wonderful experience and am looking forward to my next visit.“
