“An old fashioned diner with simple dishes at a fair price. Can’t say anything bad about the place. Waitresses were very friendly, answered questions with ease and checked back enough to make sure we had everything.
Seemed like lots of regulars and the staff was excited to see everyone and made them feel like family.
Food was good, homestyle and was prepared exactly as requested.
Coffee comes in a pitcher for the table so you never have to wait. A nice addition to the Northwoods town.”

“We've driven past this place soooo many times and finally decided to stop in. It.did.not.disappoint. We got two 1/3 burgers. Served with a side of the GOOD pickle chips and a bag of potato chips. By far, the BEST bar burger we have had in a long time! (Not to mention, a gin , a coke and two burgers was only $20!) We will be back for sure!”

“We’ve had the pleasure of dining here several times…Celebrated birthdays, a couple holidays. Each time I have tried something new, usually one of the nightly specials. My husband primarily sticks with a ribeye. Each time has been excellent from libations, both the non & with alcohol choices (highly recommend the burnt sugar old fashioned) to service. Last night 3/20/2025 was beyond phenomenal….we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary & were treated like royalty. Serval selection made us feel like we were back in the southern Caribbean on our wedding day. Thank you Chef Joe, grill master-Clyde, stellar server (and dear friend)- Jody and all the other team members for an unforgettable experience/ wonderful evening. Blood Orange Margaritas, Tikka Masala, Caribbean Scallops w/ mango sauce, hand cut Ribeye w/ Maple Bourbon reduction & blue cheese, homemade Coconut Cake w/ grilled pineapple ice. CHEERS!”

“What an awesome spot for almost any time of day! Grab a coffee drink in the morning, or perhaps a spiked coffee cocktail? Huge selection of craft beers for purchase as well as a great selection on tap. The drinks were made with great care and a bit of flare as you watch. All of the ones we tried were excellent! “Stopped by last night, what a great place! Very kid friendly. They have shuffle board, pool, darts, hammerschlagen in a room offset from bar. Then in a back separate room ping pong, bags, and fussball. Finally, outside in back picnic tables and disc golf. They have toms of beer selections, bartenders so friendly and the kids want to go back. We are happy to find this place!”

“In winter its pleasantly warm!. Small but charming. We go there for the FOOD and SERVICE! Fast, Hot incredible flavor and fresh produce. There is meat throughout the whole burrito!! Ask for your stake medium rare and they cook it perfect! Kitchen is open to view. It's CLEAN! They clearly take great pride in preparation! Salsa is very fresh and the chips are not stale! Haven't been in when we weren't treated with a smile!

Parking: Parking on 3 sides of the restaurant. There is two entrances to the restaurant on both sides of parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stair or bumps in the threshold and they have 2 handicap spaces. Plenty of isle room for a chair. Bathroom is on the small side and lighting is average, but handicap usable .”

Very nice diner style restaurant with a clean well lit interior. Friendly staff greeted us quickly with some waters. Large portions at a great value.
