“Stancati's will forever be my go-to for Italian food locally. Their chicken parm is DIVINE, the sweet tea is like the nectar of gods, and their bread is easily the best bread that has ever breaded.Great prices, friendly staff, and a clean venue are also major points for this small eatery, with my only complaint being parking, but that's more of a personal issue than anything else.”

“I visited The Spot during my last visit to Flatwoods, WV. I enjoyed a “Flatwoods Monster” sandwich. A cozy lil’ mom & pop restaurant in the middle of Appalachia. It has a small dining area inside with tables & booths. As well as a outside dining area with tables & chairs. The menu had a nice selection ofAppetizers, wings, salads, ice cold drinks & their signature UFO saucer sandwiches. The food was hot & fresh, absolutely delicious! The staff were very polite & friendly. There was even a sign where you could put your face through & take a picture with the Flatwoods monster to remember your visit. I very much enjoyed my experience there, I know you will too.”

“Enjoyed a lunch here while passing through. Great family owned restaurant. Cool atmosphere with barrel chairs. We had the turkey bacon club with homemade fries and BLT with chips. My brother said it best, “this food was made with love.” We’ll be stopping here again.”

“Stayed in hotel, so I can comment on breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of it! Always a good selection of things to eat. Dinner is more pub-style food, but all was good with large servings and a good variety. The staff - this is my primary take-away - the staff were truly pros. They were always checking but not excessively though; you could tell they and the manager were very attentive even when busy! I really appreciated their time and service each day we were at the hotel. It was very convenient to have a great restaurant with great service there and not really have to leave to go out for dinner.”

“I always get pizza here for my children's parties. They love pizza. I prefer this over other local take out as it's quite tasty for such an affordable price. After placing my order, I paid and waited just 15 minutes for 6 freshly made pizzas. The cashier was very polite and the restaurant was clean.”

“Being out on the road as a woman, I have to leave a review on this Pilot Travel Stop. . I stop at many truckstops and you can always appreciate a pilot when you walk in the place and you smell Cinnabon, you go to the bathroom they got little flowers and potpourri right in the door it's clean it smells fresh, based on that alone, this is one of the best rest stops I've been to and I'm all over the place on the road. Some of these places, you rather piss outside then pull your panties down in some of these bathrooms. I have to give this pilot in Sutton West Virginia five stars.”

“Anytime I go through Flatwoods, this is always a stop I make! Their hotdog sauce is unmatched! I’ve even found it in the freezer section at a little store in Virginia and I did the happiest dance! Planning to be traveling through Flatwoods next week and I will be stopping for a few chili dogs and fries!!!”

“Went to the Flatwoods outlet mall. Flatwoods WV. The food was great we ordered take out and believe me we stuffed our plates for the price. Two of us and the price was $31.00. We are still snacking on this the following day. We will return hopefully we get these prices under control.”

“Food was familiar. Menu is hard to read, with all the diff restaurant menu bits and pieces, maybe make a duplicate to read before you get to the point of ordering?There was a very long back up. I was surprised to see how young the "kid" was, workung the window and apparently calling the shots, gently motivating/urging his crew to move faster due to the developing line.”

“When I'm in Flatwoods and I need some pressure fried chicken there's only one place to go. And if I change my mind I can eat Taco Bell in the same restaurant. Will wonders never cease!”
