Food was phenomenal, service was great, atmosphere outside was so nice! 10/10 highly recommend!
Penne pasta was not al dente. Pieces fell apart when picked up with a fork. Either overcooked, old pasta, or not reheated correctly. Unsure which of the three. The other flavors in the dish were great, but the pasta itself was not.
Busser/server who was refilling water at the tables skipped us twice even though we were seated adjacent to where the water was stored. 🤷🏻♀️ Restaurant wasn’t full, either.

My friend and I went there for her birthday. The table where we were seated had a constant flow of traffic walking by. The breadsticks weren't very good but when we requested fresh bread sticks they were better. The lettuce in the salads had brown edges. Pretty gross. The stuffed mushrooms were very good. My friend had Chicken Alfredo and I had Lasagna and the food was lukewarm. Overall I was so disappointed and expected so much more. Doubt that I would go back

Oliverio's Ristorante On The Wharf is a highly recommended restaurant in Morgantown, known for its outstanding menu and refreshing drinks. The restaurant offers a great view of the river and is accessible for wheelchairs with a ramp inside. The service is excellent, with attentive staff who ensure customers feel well cared for, providing a personable and attentive experience. The food is a standout, particularly the stuffed peppers, lobster ravioli, and risotto balls appetizer, which many find delicious. The mushroom sacchetti with salmon is also highly praised for its perfect cooking and flavorful vodka sauce. The steaks are cooked perfectly, and desserts like the fresh cannoli and tiramisu are also noted for their taste. Parking is convenient in a nearby garage, often priced at $1.50 but free on holiday weekends. While the restaurant can be warm on hot days, it remains a great spot for special occasions, such as anniversaries, and visitors are sure to have a memorable dining experience.
