I ordered Chicken Noodles soup, tomato soup and a grilled cheese. I was cold and looking for something to warm me up.The Chicken Noddle was excellent. I should have just ordered a larger one and not ordered the rest. The grilled cheese was barely cooked, and tomato soup just didn't hit the spot.
Carry-out service is usually fast, store is mostly clean and stocked, but I’ve been there on multiple occasions when there’s no half-and-half available and the coffee station is a mess. What prompted my review today was the recurring quality control problem with blueberry bagels. See photo for ridiculous size discrepancy compared to cinnamon crunch. The food is alright, and the customer service is good. My biggest complaint is that it seems like there's always a line, and there is never a place to sit. Everyone does a good job though!
