“Everything was great the first time here. The second time, the food was good, but the service was horrible. The waitress seemed to be doubling as a hostess, which I speculate was the main issue. We needed refills and never got them, we ordered a cheese dip that never came, and were overall really disappointed with our last visit.“
“I have to say each time I have eaten here it has been hot, fresh and great prices. This time I ordered the shrimp fajita. It comes in hot iron skillet with bell peppers and onions. Then in side plate is the lettuce, sour cream, rice, refried beans and more.“
“[[Wed.14.Feb.2024]]Wife and I had Valentine Lunch, this will be the first time at the New location in the Division Street Plaza since they moved from the Pike Street Southgate Plaza due more n likely to Camden Clark Hospital / WVU Medicine buying out the Southgate Plaza area.Food was Good, it was Cooked, Prepared and Plated correctly, waiter was very Accommodating and Helpful.The new location is very spacious and with lots of Natural Lighting from the large Plaza Windows, it was Clean with Great Flow around seating areas.There was some minor construction still going on at that time, but really did not interfere with customers.I think they well do well at this location due a major grocery store Krogers is located same plaza.Parking: Huge Parking Lot“
“Great food and the staff was nice and accommodating. Our server was attentive and courteous. Even at(close to ) closing. It's harder and harder to find good service regardless of the industry or circumstance. . Thanks Gran Ranchero for a nice family night.“
“We visited on Taco Tuesday and both got tacos. One of us had carne asada tacos and the other pork tacos. The tacos were very good, but I didn’t have anything else to compare with. The pork taco flavor was so good that I didn’t use hot sauce.The food was served so quickly that we didn’t eat chips and salsa until we finished our meal. The salsa was a mild salsa.I would definitely go there again.“
“Amazing chips salsa and guacamole. I love chips w little to no salt. The mango and strawberry frozen margarita was sooooo smooth and creamy. It really hit the spot. I had a vegetarian chimichonga. Squash, papers, onions, Broccoli, onions, wrapped and flash fried w a cream sause drizzle. Only thing better was the kind servers. They were phenomenal.“
