“I love Elephant Thai but I think it’s sad for someone with food texture issues to upcharge $3 to substitute rice for rice noodles. Half of the time we pay it and don’t even get them in our take out order. Other than that I have no complaints!”

“We brought a football team to the Cross Lanes location on a Sunday after church and we had a wonderful experience! I called at 11am to place the dine in order and when we got there around 12:30, they had plates and enough pizzas to get us started, cups, and a bucket of ice already prepped for us. They went above and beyond for us and we will be bringing the team again soon!”

“Just felt like giving a GREAT review while my family and I sit here finishing our fishbowl margaritas. Los Agaves (Mexican Shoneys) in South Charleston has NEVER disappointed us, not once! We’ve been dining here for over 5 years now, and tonight was no different. Most excellent service by our waiter Melvin, and the food and drink was so very good that we could almost cry. Thank you guys for consistently being so good, our go-to Mexican restaurant! (Melvin - best Waiter ever!)”

“We ate at the Valentines Dinner last night and enjoyed the food. It was well prepared and the buffet presentation was fine. I have a couple of suggestions for any other higher priced dinners you plan. Wine and other alcoholic drinks should be served in glasses. We got wine in a plastic glass. The waiters were in shorts and jeans. Again this took away from the special occasion this was supposed to be. And someone should point out all the food stations. From the flyer it read like a sit down dinner but was a buffet instead. We missed the salad station and were waiting on desert until someone out where we could get it.”

“I visited the south Charleston location today, first timer! I had my two girls with me, who are very young. I sometimes dread going to restaurants with them just because it can be chaotic and you just never know how people will react to the toddler crazies. I couldn’t be more pleased with this place. The staff went above and beyond for me, sooooo kind. Gave my daughters stickers, showed us outside, were just extra friendly and made me feel great. Not to mention the food was amazing. They were out of 2 items out of a huge menu, no big deal. We had a great lunch and I will definitely be making this our new spot. Thank you so much!”

“My daughter and I love the Mango Milk Tea with Mango popping Boba. The staff is friendly, and they answer all of the questions I had, since I was a Boba newbie, and wasn’t sure what to get. They had great recommendations that were delicious! Highly recommend if you are new to Boba, or if you have been drinking it for a long time!”

“Super cute Subway on the G Level across from the gift shop. Ordered a fresh Turkey & Bacon wrap! Service was quick & fresh. Very clean and super speedy! Great staff and very kind. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.”

“Food is fresh and warm when it comes to the table. We chose this location because online it says it has a playground for kids but it’s not here. We’re traveling from Ohio to NC and was hoping for our 2 year old to play before driving again.”

“I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger in the drive thru. The gentleman who waited on me was very professional. They were quick and efficient in putting out the drive thru order. The only thing I didn't like was the mushroom Swiss burger. it has some sort of sauce on it that I didn't care for. Had I known about the sauce, I would have asked them not to put it on the sandwich.”

“I would not recommend.. first you have two different types of shrimp, peel and eat and fried, with zero cocktail sauce... ok it happens, so I go to get some white rice and your out of white rice???? like are you seriously a Chinese restaurant with no white rice??? also who puts Cheever cheese in sushi? by far the worst. all the food was sub standard.”
