Stopped overnight at the adjoining motel and dined here at Las Cobas and thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine special. A platter of food came as large as the waitresses serving tray. Included two margaritas which were delicious. The food was tasty, hot and delicious. It came with appetizer of refried beans and salsa, and all the chips you could possibly want. Our server, Liesa, was attentive to our needs. She was very professional, and seemed to be a very good worker that the restaurant should be proud of.We may go out of our way on our return trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota in order to stay at the Clarion Hotel again so that we might enjoy another dining experience here.

Excellent food. I don't eat Latin cuisine when not home but hey it was attached to my hotel and I didn't have to drive anywhere. I wasn't disappointed and every dish I experienced was phenomenal... Go figure...... Great Latin cuisine in Wyoming, who would have

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! The food is always amazing and the staff are always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the chicken taquitos, chicken fajitas, and non-alcoholic pina colada. Everything is always top-notch.
The food at Los Cabos surpasses that at most Mexican restaurants this side of the border. My chile relleno tasted home made with care and good quality ingredients. The salsas are delicious, and everything is fresh. Nothing is swimming in a lake of melted cheese and shredded lettuce! It seems like a restaurant that takes pride in serving well-prepared food. The service was perfect.

I love their Chili Relleno. Also, their Fiesta Platters are the perfect way to host any small event.
Steak fajitas were great! I always judge a place by the guacamole and I give it a 5 star. Food came out hot and timely.

My husband & I have eaten at Los Cabos several times and usually have the same thing but our bill has never been over $65... Last night we were charged $95 for beans, rice & street tacos!! We had an alcoholic bev ea and mngr "Roberto" said shots are $12 per! I asked him when this was implemented and he said a year ago... not true. Waiters are padding bills. Price gouging for real!!! No one else in Rock Springs or Green River charges this high.
