I'd say the setting is welcoming for anyone. The food: I'm a snob for fried chicken sandwiches and they passed the test. I approve of this place and will be back!”

“Tucked in the corner of a small business complex we found this great restaurant. Great service, calming environment and low soft music brought together with the best food we've had in a long time. “What a wonderful, family-owned business! The vibe is cozy and homey, with lots of wood and only a few dining tables (so reservations are appreciated!) We started with mixed tempura - soooo light and crisp and fresh! We then had the chef special roll and another roll I can't remember the name of but that had a super thin slice of lemon on it, which was absolutely delicious. We topped it off with chicken udon noodle soup and a chicken soba noodle soup, both of which had an umami, satisfying broth. Service was reasonably paced and very friendly. We even got some complimentary chocolates with our check! I'd definitely come back if in the area.”

“ive had a few drinks here and they are good but the place claims to be completely sugar free when some things, like the whey protein powder, contains sucrose and fructose in it. Low sugar and sugar free arent the same, and some people have sugar sensitivities so its important. Itd be nice if they were more clear on not only how much sugar is in something, but what types. Some of their products have stevia, monk fruit extract, and i believe sucralose (not positive about the last one)I like monk fruit extract, but i dislike stevia. I dont like the taste and it hurts my stomach. If there menu had some sort of key that was like this one has stevia, this one has monk fruit (kinda like how some places put gluten free or spicy keys on their menu) that would be wonderful. I really like this place but its hard to know what ingredients youre getting sometimes”

“Usually the food was amazing and it was still good but my steak with broccolini and mashed potatoes was a salt lick last night. We had lots of burgers, the amazing poke for appetizers (2 for 5 of us because it’s that good) and drinks. They turned on the fire pit for us and then we hung out there for a bit. Great time as usual.Make a reservation if the weather is nice or they probably can’t fit you in even if you see tables available due to staffing. They will let you sit in the bar area and get appetizers.Parking: One of those teeny lots where people make about 5 spaces on their own during dinner”

“We live down the street from Badfish and frequent about once a week. They have great coffee and good food, especially the breakfast burrito. They have an inviting indoor space and nice outdoor space. Hours until 4pm everyday are good too. Highly recommend!”

“I haven't been here for years. I couldn't even remember what kind of food they had. We decided to try it out again a few nights ago, and It was really good. They have a nice variety of food and beers. My wife got a cider and I got a peanut butter stout. It taste exactly like peanut butter. I liked it. We also ordered a few things to share. We got a pizza, some pulled pork tacos and a burger. My daughter ordered the macaroni and cheese. Even though I didn't try it, it looked good and she liked it. I will definitely come here again, and much sooner next time. They have outdoor and indoor seating, which is nice.”

Not this particular Subway, because i have never eaten here before, but Subways in general. I am pleased to say this experience was great. Both gentlemen were personable! Prepared my sandwich as though they were going to eat it themselves. They were friendly and accommodating. Helped me restore a positive outlook towards Subways. At least for this establishment. It convenienced me to try other Subways in the near future.”

“I love this place! The staff are some of the best people I have ever met! The owner, Jeff, is a class act and has his heart in the place. This is the upstairs bar, which they have a second location just down the street. They cook the food downstairs and pick it up for the pub. I can't say enough about this place.”

When I mentioned my liking for IPAs, he recommended one that I might enjoy. I asked about getting some corned beef, the chef personally came out and said he would make me a side order, even though it's typically not served solo. The pub has a super accommodating, old-school, down-home vibe with a modern upgraded look. I would definitely visit again. The corned beef was delicious, the beer selection was great, and my friend enjoyed a well-made Tequila Sunrise. Looking forward to returning soon. Although my pictures only capture the bar area, it was completely full, with a few couples enjoying lunch during our visit.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian salad options. “Okay...so I have been hearing about this place called Nick The Greek and I love Mediterranean food AND as it so happens, one opened right around the corner of my home. It is located on the corner near Sunrise and Madison in Fair Oaks. The manager (Alexis) was very helpful with choices and made my experience most enjoyable. The food was outstanding(I had the Lamb/Beef wrap and my wife had the Chicken wrap) both equally delicious. The service was on spot on and the people were friendly. It has indoor and outdoor seating. So, if you are in the area and hungry for some excellent Greek food. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed.”

“Found this spot via Yelp friends and it did not disappoint. Rolls for $9, yes I said $9 ! Now most of the time inexpensive sushi is accompanied by improperly prepared sushi rice. RnG had perfectly prepared rice making their sushi tasty and affordable. There is currently no indoor dining available so be prepared to eat elsewhere. If RnG were in my neighborhood I would probably be here once a week lol. If your in the area give some live to this family owned small business.”

“The team is amazing, I've been coming here before school started when I was in high school and now I still come before work. I realized my card wasn't going through this morning right before I pulled up (I said it was no problem and I could leave, I just wanted to let her know instead of an awkward card decline that I knew would happen) and when I told the barista, Robbi, at the window she showed the greatest compassion and gave me my drink and food on the house. With finals, work and everything in between, it's been a very long and exhausting week so far (and it's only Wednesday) but this one act of kindness gave me the push to keep going and instantly made my day. “Stopped by the bar next door to my dry cleaners with my adult twins to check it out on St. Paddy's Day. My hubby was out of town and they were my Uber for the night. It was karaoke night and the talent was amazing. The female bartender was all about professionalism and made sure she carded everyone which I appreciated. My kids are 22 yo twins and don't drink and she was all over them as soon as they walked in the door which is AOK because that's her job. I really like her. She made a mean martini, Shirley Temple and Roy Rogers for my kids. She moved endlessly throughout the room serving the entire bar by herself the entire night making sure we were all served. Lastly, they have a quarter operated pool table that my kids enjoyed I loved the sensational voices of the karaoke singers and the bartender makes some mean martinis.”

I ordered medium spicy and it was perfect for me but a bit over spicy for my wife. But she loved it anyway! Goes great with the Beerlao from Laos. It's rich and hoppy for a lager like Singha, but crisper. If you love Pad Thai like I do, you'll need to give it a try. Finally, try the fried sweet potato appetizer. It's somewhat like tempura but less fluffy and it has a great hot and sweet flavor!”

When I asked about croissants I was told he had blueberry scones in the open but would need to wait 10-15 minutes. Desperate, I waited. The scones were delicious. “I'm not from the area, but this is hands down the best conveyor belt sushi I have ever had. The rolls are unique and made with a large array of ingredients! My favorite was the Nalla roll! I've had fruit dessert rolls before, but never a citrus fruit on a regular sushi roll; it was delicious. Honestly tied for the favorite is also mt. Hamachi. I wanted to only eat these two for the rest of my days.”

“I like this spot, I've been a couple times and it has been quality food. The menu is not huge, and they tend to use a lot of immitation "krab", but if you enjoy traditional nigiri and maki you will be fine the fish seems fresh and portions are good. I also have enjoyed the bento box meals, they are a good deal and taste very fresh and delicious. I have only sat in the back of the dining area it's pretty small just three tables. The side room that has the bigger tables for groups of 3-4 or more is a little strange, but i just sit in the back dining area it's fine for me.”
