“I would give this tiny restaurant a 4.75 out of 5 to be honest.I had the fajitas with mixed meats of chicken, asada and shrimp, it was cooked perfectly. The rice was good, though I thought it was a little bland.The only thing I didn’t care for were the refried beans. They were watery and lacked flavor, but the rest of my food was great! The staff were so nice and so friendly it made up for the beans.If I were to visit again I would definitely try the cocktails, they looked delicious!It is a very small restaurant from the outside, if you’re not paying attention you could miss it. Once inside it’s a good size and beautiful space. Very clean too.”

If I were looking for a quick bite and I was passing by, I think I'd go there again. The staff were really chill...I liked that part. “A solid Chinese food spot at an affordable price.I had their three item plate with orange chicken, beef broccoli and mushroom chicken with rice, chow mein and a Diet Coke. Overall it was a lot of portions for the money. The orange chicken was good, the beef broccoli was also descent and the mushroom chicken was delicious. Overall, all three were good and it didn’t disappoint for the price.I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.”

“Had to leave my car to get some service at a shop down the street. I'd never been to Apollo's, even though I've driven past it hundreds of times when going to the World Famous Redwood Room. But that place deserves its own separate review down the line. I hardly wake up this early on the weekends so I decided to go with a good old fashioned Denver Omelette, with hashbrowns, wheat toast and a cup of coffee. Food was delicious and hearty! After finishing this meal, I knew I was done eating for the rest of the day. The service was friendly and the food came out fast! This meal was definitely the highlight of my morning. Especially after how much I have to pay for some simple car repairs! If you are ever in the city of Maywood and are ready to get rip off by a mechanic, stop by Apollo Burgers!”

“It's a very small bar but it has a cozy feel to it. On any given night the owners hire bands to play indoors. They did have a nice outdoor patio area that offered way more room and seating. The room allowed for several musicians at a time to play and entertain. Not sure why they closed it up though. Now it becomes too tight in the bar. The owners are super nice people. They went out of there way to make everyone feel welcome on NYE and had free delicious food, layed out buffet style, in another room, for free for everyone. They are definitely special people. It's a good place to hang out with friends.”

“We are came for the first time. Service was great and the food is amazing. When you see the prices are little too much but when you see the portions and quality of the food is very much with it. The large campechana is $20 but is huge, has a lot of sea food, other places put a lot of vegetables to cut on the seafood. Also ordered the tower $30 and was pretty big portion for 2 people. Recommend the tacos governador too. Everything that we order was tasty and big portions. They take cash or Zell only. We will be back soon. Thank you to the staff and chefs. It was so good.”
