“Had to leave my car to get some service at a shop down the street. I'd never been to Apollo's, even though I've driven past it hundreds of times when going to the World Famous Redwood Room. But that place deserves its own separate review down the line. I hardly wake up this early on the weekends so I decided to go with a good old fashioned Denver Omelette, with hashbrowns, wheat toast and a cup of coffee. Food was delicious and hearty! After finishing this meal, I knew I was done eating for the rest of the day. The service was friendly and the food came out fast! This meal was definitely the highlight of my morning.
