“We ordered the hippo bread, cauliflower, ravioli with clams and the hangar steak. All so delicious! The hippo bread is soft and sweet with that butter. The cauliflower is shareable and so good! The ravioli was fine and the hangar steak was slightly sweet and tender. Our waiter, Alejandro, was so attentive and answered all of our questions. He was fabulous! The kitchen is open so you can look and see which is always fun! Love the music, too! We walked past the restaurant but then I remembered it was by the pizza place so we circled back and found it. Can't wait to return!“

“We dined at Damian for the second time. Our minds and tastebuds were blown again! Everything was high level, food drink, service, desert, even down to the tiny cookie that came with our espresso. And, the duck carnitas, chefs kiss!“

“The pizza was to die for — we had the margarita pizza — thin crust and sauce delicious. We had the artichoke burrata appetizer which was delicious too. The area where the restaurant is located is very cool. Enjoyable all the way around.“

“One of my favorite patio bars in dtla! If you are a wine lover this little gem is for you! They have a large assortment of specialty all natural wines that you can enjoy there and purchase bottles to go. The crafted farm to table food menu is delicious! They also have wine events from time to time where the wine makers come in and do tastings. The music is dope, vibe is friendly and chill… it’s just good, clean fun!! :))“

“There wasn't much on the menu that appealed to me, but I got the lomo saltado taco. The meat was the tenderest meat I had ever had in my life. Everything was perfectly seasoned. It was so good I ordered another. So, that was $20. The beer selection is underwhelming. It wasn't a bad time, just not my scene. I'll go back if someone else pays.“

“The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“This place is lights out delicious. The beef plate was cooked perfectly and the falafel wrap was amazing with the sauce. The falafel was nicely tender and juicy. The garlic and hot sauce were fantastic as well.Pro tip: Get one of the plates, mix in the hot sauce and a little bit of the garlic sauce into the protein (I went with the beef) and rice. Then mix in the hummus. Now you’ve got a dish that will rival the best halal cart in NYC.Also the pita bread that had falafel literally baked into it?Are you kidding me?Amazing.Great staff, great food. Will be back.“

“Very cool brunch concept! I love the decked out motorcycle aesthetics! If you walk to the restroom, they have a really cool motorcycle! Loved the vibes and our waiter was very sweet and patient with handling such a large crowd. Props to him! Food was pricy but I think they had good serving size. For the meat, my suggestion is that you guys should cut it up. But overall I had fun but unsure if I would come again?“

“The ambience is great! Very nice and homey spot. The staff was very kind too. We ordered a bit of everything.Pros:Prices are very good for all the dishes. Nothing was over 15 dollars on the menu. The shrimp wontons and pan fried pork buns were the best items with the most flavor. The beef roll was huge in size. Great for people that enjoy cucumber and thicker slices of the meat. The bean curd salad had a nice bite and flavor to it. They also have sparkling water on tap!Cons:Parking is bad. Getting street parking is like winning the lottery. The other option is to pay for parking which can range between 10-30 dollars. The dan dan noodles and sha gua mian did not meet our expectations. The noodles seemed a bit overcooked and a sauce/acid could have given the dish more of a balance in flavor. Our table marker was taken off the table a little early and that's when we saw on the receipt that a missing item was added incorrectly. Our server fixed it promptly so that was great.“

“We've been to Propaganda in the Arts District three times, and each visit has been great. The attention to detail and the friendliness of every staff member stand out. The owner is incredibly genuine and very Italian, connecting with his guests in a truly authentic way. The pizza, made from a blend of rice, soy, and wheat, is perfectly balanced—not too chewy, cheesy, or tomatoey. The quality of ingredients really shows. The tiramisu, made by the co-owner, is delicious and not too sweet. As a nice touch, we were given a complimentary dessert wine (vino da dessert) that paired well with our meal. Propaganda is a top spot in the Arts District. We recommend going out of your way to visit, whether you're a Los Angeles native or an Arts District tourist.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Great White, and what an exceptional experience it was! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality by our server, Mickey, who was an absolute delight. Her friendly and attentive service set the tone for a fantastic lunch. The food was simply outstanding! We ordered the steak and frites, which was cooked to perfection, and the crunchy fish with a side of coleslaw. The fish was crispy and flavorful. Each bite was a delight, and we left feeling satisfied but not stuffed. The ambience of Great White is worth mentioning – it felt like stepping into an ancient tavern, with a cozy and rustic charm that added to the overall experience. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a romantic evening.Overall, I would highly recommend Great White to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Be sure to ask for Mickey as your server – she's a gem! We can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious dishes.Great job, Great White – you've earned a well-deserved 5 stars from me!“

“This is what spontaneous LA dining is about. Just walked by hungry. Super cute. You can be sat with full service or you can order with a number and find a lil spot to eat with a number. Both ways are full menu. Everything was tasty and out quick.“

“This place was phenomenal! The delicate and flavorful oysters, the decadent lobster roll trio, the huge shrimp cocktail, the spectacular scallops, and the crab cake were all simply perfection. Our waiter Anton walked through all of the options and gave flawless recommendations. I will absolutely be back for delicious and fresh seafood soon!“
“Corn Man is my go-to spot in LA for satisfying late-night cravings with absolutely delicious corn on the cob. However, the surrounding neighborhood can be a bit sketchy, making it feel unsafe to hang around waiting for your order since there's only one corn man working.Despite encountering a few arguments with random passersby staring at me, the corn here is undeniably tasty and a definite must-try for those late-night munchies.“

“Hands down best cold brew I've had in la.6xs is the only comparable spot, street parking cause ktown, bathroom yes, a ton of good seating with outlets, cool ambiance, good sandwiches albeit a bit pricey, drinks were priced fairly for la, good spot to work, stop in get a drink (5% discount for La locals), or catch up over some cool ambiance (they got a whole wine selection on display)“

“Outstanding food and service. Reservations were limited so we went right when they opened and snagged seats at the end of the sushi bar. The highlights for us were the inventive, perfectly seasoned hamachi choco and buttery salmon nigiri—but honestly we would reorder everything we tried and can’t wait to come back to sample the rest of the menu. Mariano made us feel like VIPs with his stellar recommendations and good conversation. So happy to have this gem in the neighborhood! We look forward to enjoying their sister restaurant, Bar Seco, opening soon next door.“

“I've been here multiple times now and can confidently say that this is the best KBBQ spot in all of Los Angeles. Hanu has their own free private parking lot with security which makes getting there a breeze--unlike most other places in Koreatown that either don't have parking or charge very high valet fees. The service is also incredible! The robot waiters are always a blast and make the overall experience so much fun. Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the combo meals which come with so much food for very reasonable prices. The meats are very high quality--you can't go wrong with any pick. The sides are also amazing, especially the corn and hotpot bulgogi. We also love how at Hanu, the waiters cook your meats instead of you having to monitor the grill. It made our experience stress-free and allowed us to focus on our conversations rather than making sure the food didn't burn. Our waiter, Denton, was fantastic. He made our experience so fun and enjoyable! He joked around with us and created a very fun ambiance while also being super attentive. He also cooked all of our meats to perfection. He turned the 10/10 experience into a 100/10. I will definitely be back and hope that Denton will be our server again!“

“I visited holy grail donuts today. And I'm telling you that it was great experience to enjoy good donuts. You can see how your donut is made and who makes your donuts in the store. It was so fresh and I've been never experienced this before. The vibe was cozy and comforting. Also staffs were super friendly. Strongly recommend. I wish donut shop like Holey Grail Donuts exists in my country too ;( Maybe little bit expensive but worth to try. You won't regret it.“

“The sandwich is just perfect! The Italian sandwich is a must try!I wish it came with a pickle without having to pay an extra $1 for it. The sandwich is pretty pricey to come without any pickles.Black sesame dessert was also good but it would have been so much better if it was warm or fresh. Very hard to cut through.“

“The place is gorgeous, especially if you love a nice terrace. The food... Is it because it's the only middle Eastern gluten free place, or is it because the ingredients are fresh, or is it because the preparation is perfect, or maybe it's all the small details... I think it's all of the above, one of the best middle Eastern places in LA, and the best gluten free one :) enjoy their manahish!“

“The Real Deal. From the hot and sour soup to the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, garlic green beans, eggplant, lo mein, it’s got it all-we’ve been twice after a Kings game and have not been disappointed- we over order just to get the variety of flavors in our mouths. The food is fantastic, the staff is genuine and gets the importance of hospitality.“

“We got seated quick and was greeted by our server. Super nice. They have 5 TVs and a nice ambiance. My husband got the appetizer nachos as his meal, he doesn't eat meat so our server suggested swapping out with vegetarian patties. He ate it clean. I had the classic burger (smashed like) no mustard or cheese. I added mushrooms and it came with fries. I love my burger, a little messy, but good. They have a wide selection of drinks. Outside and inside seating. Only thing we didn't love was parking, I would just park on the street in the neighborhood across the street. They have a lot of Yelp bannered everywhere. Highly rated. We would totally come again.“

“My daughter recommended this place so we gave it a try. There was only a handful of people there… it was a Tuesday. We sat in the outdoor area. We ordered two different veggie pizzas and bread sticks (kinda pricey). There wasn’t much to choose from on the menu. The food was more like an appetizer size serving but It was delicious. I have nothing negative to say about the taste of the food or the atmosphere. However, the parking was insane. We parked directly at the curb next to the entrance of the outdoor eating area. It’s metered parking. We had to add coins every 15 minutes… it only allowed 15 minutes before it capped out ?. I’ve read others say it was an hour meter, well it wasn’t the day we visited. I set a timer on my phone (a ticket would have ruined my day).It was a nice restaurant. I experienced it once but I’m sure I won’t come again.“

“When there a week after Valentine's Day. The location is right under the Chinatown metro station which was kind of cool. They have a parking lot but street parking was plentiful. They sat us by the bar and the server station and we could hear the food expediter apologizing for being late and the owner being super chill about it. Without missing a bit, he went right up to the pass and got to work. The food was awesome with one exception - the Escargot was too herby and not garlicky enough for my taste. They had a very good wine list, the service was super friendly and the owner chatted us up. We will be back.“

“The best elotes on earth! ?? I make sure to order every time I’m in town. This vendor is only open late nights and depending on where you’re staying you may have to travel a bit to find him but when you get there it’s all going to be worth it! The corn on the cob and in the bowl are both delicious!“

“The food was amazing! I ordered the corn ribs and the chicken sandwich. Ribs were incredible. The Chili lime mayo with the corn was amazing. The chicken sandwich was also delicious. The fried chicken piece is huge. The bun is way too small, and it's not a bad thing. Definitely best chicken sandwich I had . Chick fill a , Popeyes, etc. have nothing on Le Coupe. The only bad thing is that having a small dining area they should not allow dogs inside , maybe not large dogs. The couple sitting next to me had a large dog with them. I had to eat fast and leave because the dog was shaking the dust off from his fur, and it was so close to me that I could smell it and for sure it was landing on my food. That definitely ruined my experience there. Also, I had to ask for napkins and all the other guests from when they sat down and got their food got napkins, utensils, and water . I only got the napkins because I've asked for it“

“Every time we visit LA we have come to the Edmond for years. They recently changed their license and unfortunately we didn’t find out until our friend came with her 18 yr. old daughter and we sat down and she had water and was carded and asked to leave. It is now 21 and over, so no more family meals here. It’s unfortunate, but true. Please Post a sign for those that have been coming for years and don’t check the website.“

“A couple of weeks ago I stopped by on a Saturday. Met the owner Kevyn and a couple of employees. Super friendly and helpful. And Kevyn's enthusiasm is a joy to be around! The decor is fun, all New Orleans and they carry a few treats from Louisiana too, like traditional pralines and Zapp's New Orleans kettle style potato chips in several flavors. Now onto the Son Balls. They've got sooooo many flavors and they're all created in-house. I tried a number of them and they were all delicious: mango, guava, passion fruit, Pina colada, li hing mui, and watermelon. Next time I'm going to try wedding cake, mojito, creamsicle, candy apple... and maybe dill pickle. :) Anyway, highly recommend. THIS is a small business we need to support! Great local owner with wonderful energy and a terrific product!“
