“***UPDATE***Went back tonight and very disappointed. So sad to say. The dumplings were cold and hard and bland. Soup dumplings split open on their own and all the soup spilled onto the table. Garlic spinach was missing the garlic. Music was so very loud to impede conversation. This make me really sad because the first time we went it was so very good. Oh, well, at least we got one good meal.This is some great food! Make reservations - they get busy.Fresh ingredients, perfect flavors, good service at a good price. Well done Uncle Dumpling!“

“We're never disappointed when we treat ourselves to Ruth's Chris. Always top quality service and top quality food. The ONLY difference this time was that our 23rd weeding anniversary fell on Mother's Day so the restaurant was FILLED with young children. It's nice to see families treating their wives/mothers to a nice dinner, but the noise level and rambunctiousness of all the kids was a bit much for us and our romantic dinner. It actually quite surprises me how many people can afford to bring their young children to an 80-dollar-a-plate restaurant these days. Doesn't seem very appropriate to me, but then again I don't have kids of my own so my tolerance level is pretty low. Sometimes it just seems like there's a lack of courtesy when it comes to people with young children. Other than that, the service and food were exemplary as always and we'll be back next year...but NOT on Mother's Day.“

“This is my favorite location out of all the local Mikuni. We have been to three locations in this one by far had the tastiest and freshest fish and phenomenal service! Our waitress was so sweet! We were there near closing time on the weekend with some friends and did not feel rushed at all, we appreciate your delicious food and great hospitality!“

“How do you beat a place that does EXACTLY what its name says? We've made this place our 'go to' for fish and chips! After searching and being disappointed many times; we've now been back enough times to know we won't be disappointed! The lovely owners are so kind and welcoming. The fresh fish battered in light, crispy, golden crust is not English style but more Japanese. Wonderful and not oily. The chips are good, the Cole slaw wonderful for cleansing your palette. Malt vinegar to sour it up again too! Plain place with cheap plastic baskets but spectacular in its simplicity and quality. Not cheap, but inexpensive! Quality never is!“

“I’ve been coming here for a few years. This is THE Best Mexican food in the Roseville - Granite Bay Area. It is the cleanest restaurant I’ve been to as well. Great salsa bar. Seriously, the best fajitas I’ve ever had and I travel the globe. The plates are very generous and the prices are excellent even in this recession.“

“While their food is very good, calling in an order for pick-up is a crap shoot and we almost always lose. Again this evening, we called in an order. I believe they may have been training someone new. I ordered a California burrito with shredded beef and no sour cream and a Chile Relleno burrito. When the order was read back to me, the woman said "beef" not shredded beef, so I reiterated shredded beef. She also said chile relleno, so I said "that's the burrito." My hubby picked it up, not knowing what I had ordered, so didn't realize there was a problem. What we got was a California burrito with ground beef, thankfully no sour cream so hubby was able to eat it, and an ala carte chile relleno. I was disappointed. This isn't the first time we have had issues when we call the order in. If we go in and order to take out, or use the app, it seems to work well. The food is quite good, it just may not be exactly what you expect if you order by phone.“

“It’s a good steakhouse. Compared to other cattleman’s, this one’s a bit more cramped and the wait times are usually a bit longer than others. Service was solid, steaks were a bit off temp (I ordered medium got rare, wife ordered med-rare got med-well). Otherwise I’ll still go back because it’s cattleman’s and it’s never not tasty.“

“As Mongolian bbq goes, it's just fine with a secret, imo. Plenty of pretty good additions to the frozen meats. You choose your own sauces. But over on the side is fried rice. It's the best fried rice I've ever had. Hands down. Not close. Lightly oiled, fresh, not soaked in soy sauce. It's amazing. Been 4 times. The fried rice is always amazing. Go for the fried rice, add in the traditional bbq.“
