The service can be hit or miss, depending on how busy they are.Parking: There’s a lot right next to the building, but it’s a little disorganized.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is ok for wheelchairs. The bathroom isn’t the best, but it’s doable.“

“I had the Chicken Kebat and it was delicious! The sauce was tasty and very fresh with the mint. The onions were crispy and sweet, and the chicken was tender and plentiful. The side salad was also pretty good: crispy, slightly sweet, and nutty with the flavors of sesame and/or peanuts(?)The place was pretty empty when I came by for lunch and I'm surprised they dont get more customers... very yummy!“

Garlic spinach was missing the garlic. Music was so very loud to impede conversation. This make me really sad because the first time we went it was so very good. “Stopped by Tugboat based on Yelp reviews. Ordered the sampler To Go. While waiting, the place looks nice inside. Illuminated menus and a sushi cooler display. They had some specials for lunch too. Got my order in a brown paper bag. Came with ketchup and Tartar sauce but no malt vinegar. Also, no napkins. Typical fish and chips. Krinkle cut fries. Fish batter was not light not heavy. Kinda medium-heavy. Fish was thin but cooked well - moist inside. Scallops were delicious Prawns were ok but a little anemic Oyster batter was cook quite a lot more (see color difference in photo). Appropriate amount of salt on the order to enhance flavor. No alcohol sales. I'd say Tugboat is between a 3 and 4 star. 4 stars given.“

“Been coming here since 2007 (on and off due to moving to Natomas). The food is as good if not better now than it was then.. I got the dinner special for 1.. The wonton soup is delicious, I've always got the Mongolian beef and I substitute the pork fried rice for chicken fried rice. ? ? This place really doesn't get enough credit for how good it is.. “Was there with several of my girl friends today and had the most wonderful Chinese lunch! We had the egg drop soup, sesame chicken, sweet & sour pork, stir fried beef, pork pot stickers, bokchoy with 2kinds of mushrooms, walnut shrimp, fried rice, fried chowmein, stir fried white fish with veggies, and fried mini buns with red bean paste. Everything was very authentic Chinese food, meaning it wasn't "Americanized" in my opinion. The sweet & sour pork was not fluorescent red in color nor artificially sweet and the pork was crispy on the outside and tender in the inside and very tasty! Nothing seemed "heavy" with the thick layer of coating. All the vegetables were cooked right, not being almost raw, but just right. Plus the vegetables were very fresh! “How do you beat a place that does EXACTLY what its name says? We've made this place our 'go to' for fish and chips! After searching and being disappointed many times; we've now been back enough times to know we won't be disappointed! The lovely owners are so kind and welcoming. The fresh fish battered in light, crispy, golden crust is not English style but more Japanese. Wonderful and not oily. The chips are good, the Cole slaw wonderful for cleansing your palette. Malt vinegar to sour it up again too! Plain place with cheap plastic baskets but spectacular in its simplicity and quality. Not cheap, but inexpensive! Quality never is!“

“We're never disappointed when we treat ourselves to Ruth's Chris. Always top quality service and top quality food. The ONLY difference this time was that our 23rd weeding anniversary fell on Mother's Day so the restaurant was FILLED with young children. It's nice to see families treating their wives/mothers to a nice dinner, but the noise level and rambunctiousness of all the kids was a bit much for us and our romantic dinner. It actually quite surprises me how many people can afford to bring their young children to an 80-dollar-a-plate restaurant these days. Doesn't seem very appropriate to me, but then again I don't have kids of my own so my tolerance level is pretty low. Sometimes it just seems like there's a lack of courtesy when it comes to people with young children. Other than that, the service and food were exemplary as always and we'll be back next year...but NOT on Mother's Day.“

“While their food is very good, calling in an order for pick-up is a crap shoot and we almost always lose. Again this evening, we called in an order. I believe they may have been training someone new. I ordered a California burrito with shredded beef and no sour cream and a Chile Relleno burrito. When the order was read back to me, the woman said "beef" not shredded beef, so I reiterated shredded beef. She also said chile relleno, so I said "that's the burrito." My hubby picked it up, not knowing what I had ordered, so didn't realize there was a problem. What we got was a California burrito with ground beef, thankfully no sour cream so hubby was able to eat it, and an ala carte chile relleno. I was disappointed. This isn't the first time we have had issues when we call the order in. If we go in and order to take out, or use the app, it seems to work well. The food is quite good, it just may not be exactly what you expect if you order by phone.“

“Oh, my goodness, I have found heaven. I'm from San Diego and we eat lots of carne asada burritos. My problem is this, most Mexican shops here don't sell carna asada burritos. If you fall into this hole like I did, you are now saved. Not only do they sell carne asada burritos, but they cook everything fresh everyday. They cook their beans early in the morning, they make their salsa fresh everyday. It smells like home and I'm so happy to have found this restaurant. And just in case you need a drive thru, they have it. It's been a year here in Citrus Heights without a carne asada burrito and that's hard when you want good Mexican food. I am one happy girl now. Prices vary from lunch to dinner was $27, plus drinks and takeout box was $6 time a tiny box that only fits 8 shushi. Order digitally from the table. This place is always packed, arrive early. Ice cream is one scoop per bowl, so order two for each person. Same with appetizers 2 pieces per order, so order more than one! Not bad for the prices. If you love shushi this is the place for you!“

“As Mongolian bbq goes, it's just fine with a secret, imo. Plenty of pretty good additions to the frozen meats. You choose your own sauces. But over on the side is fried rice. It's the best fried rice I've ever had. Hands down. Not close. Lightly oiled, fresh, not soaked in soy sauce. It's amazing. Been 4 times. The fried rice is always amazing. Go for the fried rice, add in the traditional bbq.“
