“My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary, and we had the best time celebrating. The amount of care, time, and attention we received was amazing. I’m 12 weeks pregnant, and made a joke about how it would be nice to put my feet up (we had been there for over 2 hours at that point). Our server grabbed a chair for me to put my feet up, and encouraged me to be comfortable. We received a ton of guidance and education regarding the menu items and their preparation. We were greeted warmly at the door, and had personalized menus at our seats. The staff there are incredible, and we had no issue tipping on top of the service charge. The experience was worth every penny we spent. Don’t plan anything after dinner, take your time, and enjoy the experience.“

“I eat a lot of sushi, and with my second visit in two weeks, this has quickly become a new favorite! Fresh & flavorful fish prepared in unique and traditional ways. Nigiri & Sashimi are amazing high-quality fish NOT typically available at most restaurants. No noisy crowds like Mi***y. It is a Homey connected vibe, unlike K*u. If you like mayonnaise on your fish, go somewhere else. Only light, fresh, unique sauces here. I'll be back!“

“It is easy to see why this is one of the top rated steak houses in the city. Absolutely incredible food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere.I had the Dawson's House Salad and the 8oz Filet with black garlic butter and a side of asparagus. I had dismissed the house salad the first couple of times I read the menu because typically a house salad, in my experience, is your basic lettuce, tomatoes and croutons. Yeah, that was so not what the house salad was here. My only regret is that I did not get the larger portion. That is a fantastic salad. That salad really spoiled me for other salads. Pistachios! In the salad!!The steak (Filet from Harris Ranch) was melt-in-your-mouth good... even well done and butterflied! As someone who drinks a lot of water, especially having been in meetings all day and unable to drink much water, I appreciated that they put a carafe of water on the table. I also appreciated that I never had to touch it as Brandon and his team did an amazing job of keeping it full and Brandon provided me with some excellent recommendations of off-menu items that were fantastic.I do wish they were open on Monday, as I probably would have eaten here multiple times it was that good. It was also very convenient being in the hotel I was staying at.“

Garlic spinach was missing the garlic. Music was so very loud to impede conversation. This make me really sad because the first time we went it was so very good. “Tucked in the corner of a small business complex we found this great restaurant. Great service, calming environment and low soft music brought together with the best food we've had in a long time. He got everything spot on! There were six of us and we ordered a lot of food. Everything was hot, delicious and we ate every bite. There was only a tiny bit of flatbread pizza leftover that we took home. The hit of the table was the potato skillet side. It was potatoes with cheese and bacon and chives and everyone loved it!! Special thanks for allowing us to be seated when two of our party was running late, which became very late. Thank you Barket for your patience and understanding while we waited for our daughter and her boyfriend. Thank you for allowing me to bring in a special dessert for their dietary needs and for keeping it cold and serving it to them. “We love it here! Adam, the owner, is the cherry on top of the whole experience. He's funny, witty, entertaining and to top it off - handsome! The food is delicious. The filet mignon appetizer melts in your mouth with the phyllo dough and delicious gravy (?). Crab cakes come with a delicious variety of sauces and the main dishes were great as well. Drinks were quick, and replenished as often as we liked. I can't say enough good things.“

“Was there with several of my girl friends today and had the most wonderful Chinese lunch! We had the egg drop soup, sesame chicken, sweet & sour pork, stir fried beef, pork pot stickers, bokchoy with 2kinds of mushrooms, walnut shrimp, fried rice, fried chowmein, stir fried white fish with veggies, and fried mini buns with red bean paste. Everything was very authentic Chinese food, meaning it wasn't "Americanized" in my opinion. The sweet & sour pork was not fluorescent red in color nor artificially sweet and the pork was crispy on the outside and tender in the inside and very tasty! Nothing seemed "heavy" with the thick layer of coating. All the vegetables were cooked right, not being almost raw, but just right. Plus the vegetables were very fresh! The beef teriyaki was okay(I like everything mixed together vs coming out with each piece separate but the Japanese Mafia roll almost made me order a second roll as it was so good.“

I walked in and was greeted by the owner who is really nice and a gentleman behind the counter took my order and fried it right there who was also a pleasure to talk to.The portions are generous. The fish is well seasoned and perfectly fried. The french fries are potato cut fries with the skin on. They have quite the assortment of fish to choose from and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I also snagged up some hand pies and the apple pie is great.I'll definitely be coming here again.“

“We searched Chinese restaurant and this place came up with good reviews. We decided to give this a try when we are visiting Sacramento. It's located in the city of Natomaa. We ordered the satay beef vermicelli clay pot, the stir fry squid with green beans and the asparagus beef. When we Sat down, we realized it was a Michelin one star in 2021. The TV mounted in the wall also shows one of the chef is Martin Yen. The dishes arrived quickly and very delicious. Will definitely try again when we visit Sacramento again.“

“How do you beat a place that does EXACTLY what its name says? We've made this place our 'go to' for fish and chips! After searching and being disappointed many times; we've now been back enough times to know we won't be disappointed! The lovely owners are so kind and welcoming. The fresh fish battered in light, crispy, golden crust is not English style but more Japanese. Wonderful and not oily. The chips are good, the Cole slaw wonderful for cleansing your palette. Malt vinegar to sour it up again too! Plain place with cheap plastic baskets but spectacular in its simplicity and quality. Not cheap, but inexpensive! Quality never is!“
