“My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary, and we had the best time celebrating. The amount of care, time, and attention we received was amazing. I’m 12 weeks pregnant, and made a joke about how it would be nice to put my feet up (we had been there for over 2 hours at that point). Our server grabbed a chair for me to put my feet up, and encouraged me to be comfortable. We received a ton of guidance and education regarding the menu items and their preparation. We were greeted warmly at the door, and had personalized menus at our seats. The staff there are incredible, and we had no issue tipping on top of the service charge. The experience was worth every penny we spent. Don’t plan anything after dinner, take your time, and enjoy the experience.“

“The food is soooo good!I got chicken tikka masala with saffron basmati rice and garlic naan. The amount of garlic on that soft naan is any garlic lovers dream. Flavorful even on its own but of course taste even better with some chicken tikka masala. The chicken tikka is done so well too. The sauce is thiccccc and the flavor is just chefs kiss! Good amount of chicken in there and tender.Service is welcoming and friendly. I talked to a staff briefly when I picked up my food. “Found the place on Yelp. I try to find places that have Mexican shrimp cocktails, in hopes they have campechana which just adds octopus. Top marks for their campechana here! It has more kick than most, so I really like it. The hostess was very helpful when I custom designed a dish to try to hit keto, on a different day. So I ate here four meals in three days on a business trip. I took a road trip during the week and had shrimp cocktail an hour up the road… This one is way better. “Today ate lunch @ Ocean Fish & Chips in Sacramento. Mom and Pop and sometimes their son run a great eatery! It's a relatively small spot but serving up BIG restaurant dishes! Staff is always smiling, efficient, professional and inviting! I've dined on fried fish, fries, fried shrimp, mushrooms /squash and it all tasted wonderful! Great place to enjoy a delicious meal in a nice atmosphere! Definitely recommend !! Ps: Price points are not too expensive and food is well worth it!“

“Valet parking included with dinner. Service is professional. We were asked if we were attending an event this evening to ensure the pace of our meal was appropriate. With a reservation at 5:30 pm the large booth we requested was available. My wife ordered a lettuce wedge which included many bacon cubes, added a baked potato, and filet. The filet arrived as requested cooked medium rare and hot. This is the first time I ordered the hamburger with all the classic trimmings including fries. The patty was perfectly cooked, flavorful, moist and hot. We enjoyed the recommended Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Bell Gloss. We thought the dark chocolate gelato was exceptional. I recommend Dawson's and believe you will enjoy dining here.“

“My husband, adult son and myself dined at Morton's in celebration of an event last night and had a great experience. This made us extremely happy as our last dining experience at Morton's was poor. Our waitress completely MADE the experience beginning to end. I have forgotten her name, but she was probably 40-50s, short, brown shoulder length hair with bangs and very bubbly. She was so professional at her job, thought of all the extras, extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make it a spectacular dining experience, including having the hostess take a celebratory photo with the restaurant's camera that they print out and put in a nice paper frame and bring to your table. This was for my son. She really thought of everything and for this reason, we will definitely be back to dine at Morton's. The steak as usual was fabulous. My son had a tomahawk steak, my husband a strip and I had a rib eye and all were done to our specified temperatures. Of note, our waitress let us know about a dining discount card that can be used at Morton's, Landrys, the Palm, etc which accumulates $25 credits at every birthday and when you dine. We not only didn't know about this but have dined at Morton's many times and never been asked about or told about this card, so we're glad we learned about it.“

“Vincent told us that this place was the original out of all of them. Some of the other ones that they have around are owned by different people now. And I have to say my sister has been two different ones and she said they are not the same. She will drive all the way from Vacaville just to come to this one. That's why she took us here for my son's birthday and it was amazing. I don't even eat crab or shellfish or anything like that. My mum and my sister and my son though love it. I had chicken wings and cheese sticks and rangoons and they were delicious and they devoured everything. As you can see there was nothing left. There was a lot left for my son because he got the biggest thing in there and it was huge. You can see in the bag he got so much food. There were potatoes in there and mussels and oysters and crab and everything and corn. It was amazing. He was ecstatic. Would definitely be back and will only go to this one because it's the best one. The customer service is amazing and the food is really good. It comes super fast and for as much food as you get the price was spectacular. They definitely made my son's day And if you guys get a chance to look up the history of this place and just Asian and Cajun food in general, the history is amazing And it's deep and Rich in the culture of Louisiana“

“I lived in Natomas for most of my life and I have never visited this Mezcal Grill location - we usually go to the one closer to East Sacramento. We came in on a Friday at 8pm and the place was pretty busy, but we were seated right away. There was inside and patio seating and everything felt clean and modern. We ordered the Soft Flour Ground Beef Tacos and Crispy Chili Verde Tacos. The crispy tacos were not hot and neither was the rice and beans on either plate. The ground beef was super salty, to the point where I couldn't even finish and I like salt. Service was great and friendly, but I was not a huge fan of the food we ordered compared to the other location. I kept seeing other customers ordering the Molcajete so maybe we just ordered the wrong items. We'll give them another chance next time we're in the area!“

The only thing I would say is that the meats need to be cooked longer so they can be more tender. The escargot was delicious as well but a bit chewy for me. My partner did enjoy the entire platter himself though. The razor clams were perfectly seasoned IMO, but it may have been a bit on the sweet side for my partner. Lastly, the service was pretty good. Right as one sits down, servers with carts flock to you, rapidly and eagerly serving you all sorts of delicious options. The service is immediate and lightning fast! They all speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and many will ask if you would like to order anything specific that isn't shown on the carts. The sesame balls with red bean paste was my favorite dish, but the others didn't fail to disappoint as prices are quite affordable, starting at 4.50 for small dishes, 5.00 for medium, and 5.50 for large dishes. As with all the Sea life out there, Hook and Reel cannot get by without a mention of their water. We came in during lunch on a weekday and were quickly seated, however the restaurant is much smaller than I expected so I can imagine the waits can get long. The service was fairly quick. Our meal was served within 15 minutes of ordering - which was great for our hour lunch! The tempera green beans were delish and our rolls were tasty too. I haven't been to mikuni in awhile, but I noticed that they revamped their menus and they're much nicer. They also clearly lay out their lunch specials and happy hour offerings.
