“One of the best food places around. I used to eat this place every day for lunch. My friends asked me if I got tired of it. I still haven't to this day. And now they remodel and everything has gotten even better. The food quality is amazing and the pricing doesn't hurt my pockets. I'm so happy. I found this place. It's got to be one of the best in the neighborhood. The energy on the inside feels comfortable.“

“YOOO, this place is BOMB!! I got the Curry Ramen with Egg and I couldn’t believe how good it was. GREAT curry broth - well-spiced but not spicy. Nice noodles and meat too. Wish it had a bit more meat though. I’m from Hawai’i and grew up on Japanese Curry and Ramen. It really tasted like home. They were playing some good reggae music when we were there, so it sounded like home too.Went here because the other ramen place we wanted to go to down the street was an hour wait. So glad we did! We (party of 3) were seated right away on a Saturday night.We sat outside in the covered area. It was a cold night out but their heaters were so good that I took off my jacket and was wearing a short sleeve shirt. Nice waiters - did a great job at checking on us in case we needed anything. DEFINITELY coming back the next time I’m in the area. Will be bringing more friends along too.Parking: Parking sucks at night on the weekend, but that’s common in this area. “Tsujita La Artisan Noodle Annex is the best Dipping Ramen ( Tsukemen ) in LA , closest noodles I’ve felt in Japan. Here the noodles are thick and springy, they kept separate from garlicky and flavorful broth to maintain the chewable. It’s perfect for me!“

“I've had a lot of ramen in the states. This one is the first that truly displayed truly authentic Japanese ramen. The aroma oil perfectly accompanies the tare and the broth. Wonderful presentation with a menu that both respects Japanese roots of the restaurant while also dynamically including elements uniquely from California. Definitely come here if you want authentic ramen with a fun inviting atmosphere and wonderful people, especially Jaxon and Donovan.“

“Dropped in on a whim for lunch yesterday and could not have been more wowed... my wife and I got their cheese and mushroom tasting menu which was extremely reasonably priced for the extremely high quality food and service we received. Despite the electric feeling of the open kitchen in the center of the bar, it never felt panicked or frantic. We sat at the bar and were promptly greeted by a manager who filled us in on their menu and the concept of the restaurant (fresh pasta shipped from Italy daily including eggs the likes of which can only be found there!). Then, an equally friendly and helpful server came and grabbed our order. After a few minutes, I was surprised to see one of the chefs himself whip around from working over a burner to plate our pasta for us straight out of the pan and present us with our first course (as he would continue to do for each subsequent course). He smiled saying, "Oooh, this is a velvety one! The pasta water must be really good today... You'll love this!" He seemed just as excited as we were. I also got a glass of vermentino to wash everything down, but I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes and other wines on their list. The entire experience just felt so passionate and organic in its approach to simple but perfected pasta dishes. The best part is undoubtedly the pasta itself, but it was a nice cherry on top to see this is a "no tipping" restaurant that charges a 16% pre-tax service fee... I assume this place just pays their workers what they deserve because DAMN they worked as a team flawlessly. I just love everything about this place now, so I highly recommend you go.“

“Short Ribs are delicious! Do yourself a favor and order Special B. It comes with Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with Beef Short Ribs, sides of rice and salad plus teriyaki sauce and chili sauce. The short ribs and chicken were not only delicious they were nice and hot! You can tell they came right off the grill! Portion size is big for the price. For appetizer, ordered chicken egg rolls (qty: 3) comes with sweet and sour dipping sauce. Egg rolls were hot and crispy. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. He offered to clean the table before we sat down. I liked and appreciated that. The restaurant is very clean and has a small dining area.“

“Takeout experience only since I'm a lazy lady. The vegan pho was phenomenal! Like better than any other Asian veggie soup I've had in AGES! Nice amount of veggies, flavorful broth, good portion, and it travels well. The stir-fried spicy lemongrass imitation beef is really good and has the best texture. I think it's a little too much lemongrass for me but we still get a portion every time we order. The mixed tempura is battered nicely! Always a hit. The stir-fried tofu and mushroom plate is so tasty but so small. I wish the portion size was a little bigger since neither of these ingredients is that expensive, ya know? I need to try a few other things on the menu. I've tried the vegetarian stir fried flat noodles, the vegetarian udon, the catfish stewed with green onion... these weren't bad, but they won't be my repeat order. Overall, I really enjoy their pho and this will be part of our regular rotation!“

“Tsujita LA was a wonderful little jump into Japan for lunch. There are garlic cloves on their side for a reason!! EVERY THING was deliciously garlicky! The flavors were unbelievable !!! The soup was wonderful. The pork was perfectly cooked and so tender the noodles were just yummy. it was such a little getaway treat!!! The restaurant is small and decorated in a minimalist fashion. There's a lovely bar to sit at in a few tables. The waiter was very sweet and very new. All and all, it was a delicious experience“

Fantastic soba and soba options, feels and tastes super authentic.We ordered The Osaka, The Tokyo, The Hot Tokyo w Sukiyaki, Vegan Tempura, side of secret spicy miso.Osaka was unanimous favorite. Add the egg. Tons of flavor in the broth.No big misses in our order, we liked them all and the variety of hot and cold.Ordered off Uber Eats, so I was worried about how this meal would travel but it all arrived in tact and well packaged. Broth is separated, so it’s easy to reheat that up on its own.Overall, highly recommend and we hope to eat in person next time to get the full experience.“

“Came here yesterday for the first time after visiting the Thai market across the street. We had a beef noodle soup and a Thai curry pizza, they were both really great! I think I'll like their marinara sauce pizza more because the onions were a looooot for me. But if you love onions, this is the place!!!The pizza dough and crust was just ? great. Soft, pillowy. “I love Pho and am very hard to please when it comes to a good pho. I have been to many pho restaurants and have not been impressed at all. The West Hills Pho 1, however, despite being much more distance than many others close to me are my ideal pho place. It's a clean and nice place, the food is served so quickly within few minutes of ordering, the quality and amount of pho served is wonderful, I order chicken pho, there was such generous amount of chicken white meat in there, generous amount if the soup, noodles, fresh mung bean sprouts, fresh basil, fresh and juicy lemon halfs which I asked for, I love lots of lemon juice in my pho. This is by far THE MOST DELICIOUS AND BEST PHO I HAVE EVER TRIED.“

“I have been to Golden Gai in Shinjuku in Tokyo and let me tell you that the inside of this place is designed to look EXACTLY like an izakaya alley like that. So needless to say, the vibe is great. “My husband and I were visiting our family in Sherman Oaks, CA. The first night we arrive we always eat their food - whether take-out or at the restaurant. This time we also ate the night we were leaving. The manager and her staff were so accommodating to us. The food was excellent. We did not finish all the soup but the manager offered to put more soup in the container for us. Very thoughtful of her. The ambiance is average but that is not why we eat there.
