“We came here on a whim, after finding The Daily Outpost mysteriously closed on a Friday evening. Umigame is so good! Everything, from the poke bowl, salmon teriyaki, brussels sprouts, and edamame, were perfect! High quality food beautifully prepared. Very good service also. We will definitely be back.“

“Came in for a spontaneous solo Satur-date before my nail appointment next door at Galaxy. It was amazing! Clean and elegant with cool vibe music. I ordered the M&M roll and miso soup and it was perfect! They have quite an extensive menu so I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you, PJ! Everything was awesome! :) * this is an edit because I decided to have dessert and tea and I'm so glad I did! It's my first time to try Crispy Roti- I love it! PJ suggested green tea ice cream a la mode and it is absolutely divine.“

“My husband and I were visiting our family in Sherman Oaks, CA. The first night we arrive we always eat their food - whether take-out or at the restaurant. This time we also ate the night we were leaving. The manager and her staff were so accommodating to us. The food was excellent. We did not finish all the soup but the manager offered to put more soup in the container for us. Very thoughtful of her. The ambiance is average but that is not why we eat there. The only problem is the parking lot. The best way is to nter is from the Coldwater Canyon entrance. Rhonda S.“

“Just visited on a whim, and this place exceeded my expectations. Customer service is impeccable. I never give reviews, but they made it impossible not to. I ordered the spicy yakisoba noodles with tofu and words cannot describe how yummy it came out. I also got the taro milk tea with boba and all I can say is wow. Will be recommending this place to all my friends in the area. You won’t want to miss out on them!“

“As a Hollywood resident of 12+ years, this is my go to spot when I'm in desperate need of a hangover cure. The soup dumplings (xiao long bao) are my go to when I wake up feeling hungover on a Sunday. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, shoutout to Mya and Ian! As someone who works in the service industry it was so refreshing to come in to such a friendly and welcoming environment. Everyone is on top of it and food and drinks came out so quickly! Definitely my number one recommendation for food if you're in Hollywood.“

“Amazing superb customer service! I would actually hope so for this space having limited seating.Note: if you feel like trying more than one main dish split it (ex:pho) and you’ll have a solid amount of food, they are not stingy about their splitsBanh mi was delish and packed high! They get their bun from a bakery in Los Angeles.Spicy garlic tofu bites were good. Their homemade chili oil was good too!Pho was solid just wish they had a different type of noodle and didn’t cut it up so much when splitting. The noodles were so short and they were hard to grab with the chopstickMetered parking on Montana and it’s right next to the dry cleaners near the cornerVegetarian options: They have options that’s just veggies onlyParking: Paid Street meter parking“

“YOOO, this place is BOMB!! I got the Curry Ramen with Egg and I couldn’t believe how good it was. GREAT curry broth - well-spiced but not spicy. Nice noodles and meat too. Wish it had a bit more meat though. I’m from Hawai’i and grew up on Japanese Curry and Ramen. It really tasted like home. They were playing some good reggae music when we were there, so it sounded like home too.Went here because the other ramen place we wanted to go to down the street was an hour wait. So glad we did! We (party of 3) were seated right away on a Saturday night. We sat outside in the covered area. It was a cold night out but their heaters were so good that I took off my jacket and was wearing a short sleeve shirt. Nice waiters - did a great job at checking on us in case we needed anything. DEFINITELY coming back the next time I’m in the area. Will be bringing more friends along too.Parking: Parking sucks at night on the weekend, but that’s common in this area. I got free street parking as I parked after the time you have to pay. I wanna say past 8?“

“Tsujita La Artisan Noodle Annex is the best Dipping Ramen ( Tsukemen ) in LA , closest noodles I’ve felt in Japan. Here the noodles are thick and springy, they kept separate from garlicky and flavorful broth to maintain the chewable. It’s perfect for me!“

“Dropped in on a whim for lunch yesterday and could not have been more wowed... my wife and I got their cheese and mushroom tasting menu which was extremely reasonably priced for the extremely high quality food and service we received. Despite the electric feeling of the open kitchen in the center of the bar, it never felt panicked or frantic. We sat at the bar and were promptly greeted by a manager who filled us in on their menu and the concept of the restaurant (fresh pasta shipped from Italy daily including eggs the likes of which can only be found there!). Then, an equally friendly and helpful server came and grabbed our order. After a few minutes, I was surprised to see one of the chefs himself whip around from working over a burner to plate our pasta for us straight out of the pan and present us with our first course (as he would continue to do for each subsequent course). He smiled saying, "Oooh, this is a velvety one! The pasta water must be really good today... You'll love this!" He seemed just as excited as we were. I also got a glass of vermentino to wash everything down, but I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes and other wines on their list. The entire experience just felt so passionate and organic in its approach to simple but perfected pasta dishes. The best part is undoubtedly the pasta itself, but it was a nice cherry on top to see this is a "no tipping" restaurant that charges a 16% pre-tax service fee... I assume this place just pays their workers what they deserve because DAMN they worked as a team flawlessly. I just love everything about this place now, so I highly recommend you go.“

“We’ve been to many, many Thai restaurants in LA and this one is about to become our favorite! We had 3 dishes and they all were absolutely delicious. The satay chicken appetizer was the best one we ever had. You gotta try it. The vegetarian papaya salad was so good with just the right level of hotness we asked for and the chow menu with tofu was so delicious we licked it off the plate. Service was excellent and the place is warm and fun to be in. Highly recommended ❤️“

“Just had to jump on and leave a glowing review for the delicious pasta and incredible service. Even though I was a good 15 minutes later than my pick up time, they insisted on making a fresh batch of Tagliatelle Olio e Sale for me. Chef's kiss! Thank you! I'll be making this my go-to pasta place in SM. The pasta truly is exceptional - flavorful and toothsome with just olive oil and salt! And the vibe is very welcome and casual. I could have hung out all afternoon.“

“low-key authentic Korean restaurant. The ahjumma was so nice to us!Food is great:banchan (side dishes) - lots of variety! I liked the seaweed, fish cake, kimchi radish, and bean sprouts.Specials #13 seafood pancake $19.99 - Good. Not overloaded with green onions. The sauce that came with it could have been saltier.Specials #9 chicken stew $25.99 - spicy! Chicken was cooked well. Lots of potatoes. The small bones are annoying.#22 stone pot bibimbap $14.99 - tasty. The ahjumma brought out a bowl of gochujang filled to the top. It was good and not too sweet.#9 chewy spicy noodles $13.99 - delicious. I'd get this again. Came with a soft boiled egg.Specials #12 stir-fried squid $24.99 - I'd get this again too. The rice cake was eh, but the squid was good. Not too spicy.Prices are a bit high, but so is everywhere else right now. The menu is extensive but has some solid favorites. They have a small parking lot in this plaza, so it wasn't hard to find at 7 PM on a week night. Typical of a local Korean joint, they post menu items with prices on the walls. Even better - they have pictures of the food!“

“The Pho is enough for 2 people and it's delicious! We have had both the chicken and the Wagu beef. Also, the rice plates with fried rice and either Wagu beef or spicy pork is really good. We get one of each (Pho and rice plate) and share. We are quite full and satisfied when we finish! And the prices are very reasonable.“

“We decided to give this location another try and we were blown away by all of the delicious meals they prepared. The shrimp pad see ew was flavored to perfection. The crab fried right was just right and the spicey fried rice was balanced with the right amount of heat. You can always request the kitchen to turn up or turn down the spice level according to your taste buds. Try the lychee martini, you will thank me later. The service was five-star from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a warm welcome and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dining experience. The restaurant is small and intimate, perfect for a local date night. We had a great time guys, thank you and we will see you guys again soon.“

“You know this is a good spot since the korean ahjummas and ahjussis flock to it. It was truly an experience eating here. The mandoo is perfect. I have no complaints. It was garlicky, gingery, incredibly flavorful, with a thin but chewy skin. The kimchi is the kind of bright red that you know just by looking at it, it will def not disappoint. And this is not even the best part. The best dish of all was the chicken kalguksoo. It’s the chicken noodle soup of your dreams, with an incredibly flavorful broth that feels healing as you sip it, and noodles perfected from a master. Will def come back again!“

“Wow! Fantastic soba and soba options, feels and tastes super authentic. We ordered The Osaka, The Tokyo, The Hot Tokyo w Sukiyaki, Vegan Tempura, side of secret spicy miso.Osaka was unanimous favorite. Add the egg. Tons of flavor in the broth. No big misses in our order, we liked them all and the variety of hot and cold.Ordered off Uber Eats, so I was worried about how this meal would travel but it all arrived in tact and well packaged. Broth is separated, so it’s easy to reheat that up on its own.Overall, highly recommend and we hope to eat in person next time to get the full experience.“

“Came here yesterday for the first time after visiting the Thai market across the street. We had a beef noodle soup and a Thai curry pizza, they were both really great! I think I'll like their marinara sauce pizza more because the onions were a looooot for me. But if you love onions, this is the place!!!The pizza dough and crust was just ? great. Soft, pillowy. Definitely recommended. The beef noodle soup was great too!!! The perfect touch of sweetness and spiciness. Super flavorful. And the folks here were super welcoming and nice! Would definitely recommend this joint!“

“If you can't get to SGV, where the quality and selection of Chinese food is incredible, Sam Woo is a great valley option. Standouts are their BBQ meats; roast duck, roast pork , char siu. Good selections of all noodle dishes; chow menial, Lo Meir, chow fun. Then like most Chinese restaurants hundreds of options. The key here is their consistent authentic dishes. “I recently visited Killer Noodle Tsujita, and it was an unforgettable culinary adventure. Known for its bold, spicy ramen, this bustling spot did not disappoint. The decor is modern and vibrant, reflecting the energetic atmosphere. The menu offers a range of heat levels, and I opted for the Tokyo Style with a medium spice level, which delivered a perfect balance of rich, creamy broth and a satisfying kick. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings, including minced pork and green onions, were fresh and flavorful. The attentive staff ensured a great dining experience, making Killer Noodle Tsujita a must-visit for any ramen enthusiast craving an exciting and delicious meal.“

“Came back from my vacation at Cancun and decided to stop by Niko Niko for dinner. I usually order a bento box but today after I saw they have a new happy hour menu I decided to order from that. “Best dumpling restaurant. Their dumpling soup with mandu is so good. Not only is the dumplings good, but there broth is very flavorful and has a lot of umami. Their frozen dumplings to go is also so good. I will never buy supermarket frozen dumplings again. I will just get the frozen dimplings here. The sujebi with sweet pumpkin dough flakes and perilla is sooo good. Highly recommend. The broth us very good and I love the crushed perilla seeds on top. The service is very good too. The ahjummas sit there in and hand make the dumplings. The variety platter of fried dumplings is also very good. Please support this restaurant. The food is amazing!“
