“My go-to matcha latte spot! My boyfriend introduced me to this place and I always find a reason to come here to satisfy my matcha craving. I don't typically get matcha lattes but their strawberry lychee matcha latte always hits the spot. I've tried a variety of their mochi donuts and muffins and they're pretty tasty. I like how they have a variety of Asian flavors like ube, Thai tea, and matcha. I always recommend this place to my friends when they're in the area, and so far, they've all enjoyed it. The employees are all super nice and consistently make great lattes. The place itself is small, with a few tables inside and outside the shop. The parking situation is not bad considering it's located in downtown Walnut Creek. It has its own small lot and is connected to a plaza with more parking. If it gets crowded, you can park at the park garage less than a block away that offers free parking for the first 3 hours. Will continue to come back and recommend this gem!”

“A pizza is not just a pizza at this restaurant. It's very different and very good. They call it a pinsa... cloud like pizza. Their description is accurate. It's crispy outside and soft inside... and delicious. We ordered 2 pinsas. One has the same name as the restaurant and was soooooo good, very tasty. We enjoyed both. Their octopus appetizer was one of the best I've ever eaten. Simple preparation that allowed the quality ingredients to shine. The octopus was fresh and tender... not chewy. My spouse loved the grilled exterior of the octopus. I was sorry we did not order 2 of them. Salome our server was wonderful. Her suggestions about the food and wine were spot on. Her only mistake was not suggesting that I order my own octopus appetizer... Still we hope she is our server when we return. Our next time will be for dinner in order to enjoy their full menu.”

It's how the Host greets you immediately upon your arrival He is very kind, seats you without hesitation and the presentation is on point. It fills up right away after 6:30 p.m. and reservations are encouraged. A party of 6-8 or 4 to a table works fine. It's quaint spacing, but comfortable. The desserts ? are amazing, be careful. Most entrees are plentiful, salads are nice, and cocktails at your service. Get going and enjoy!”

“Took my wife to Le Sen last night to celebrate her birthday. We had gone several times to their now closed Concord location, my wife LOVES the Duck Confit. It was just as good as she remembered. This location in Walnut Creek is cozy and nice for those looking for a nice dinner, service was very good.”

“If you want a large variety of beef, chicken, lamb and shrimp this is the place to go. I tried just about everything and all had great flavors. The beef rib was my favorite. The salad bar had all fresh veggies, fruits deli meats, salmon lox. Too much to list. At 75.00 per person its not a place i would visit frequently, but well worth the price.”

“My favorite breakfast place ever! We try and come at least once a week. The staff is so kind and friendly and let us chat with them which we really appreciate. The food and drinks are delicious and all plant based. We love the breakfast Sammy on a croissant . They have lots of seating inside and outside. We love sitting at the counter when we can. “So I've been to Dumpling Hours probably a dozen times. I love this place. I love it even more having recently visited Doh! Zone a couple blocks away over by Five Tacos and a Beer. Don't bother going to Doh! Zone, a Dumpling chain. Do they even make their dumplings in-house like the hardworking folks at Dumplings Hours, I mean you can WATCH them make the dumplings right there!! Dumpling Hours is sooooo much better. They have cracking good wings and garlic green beans as well which are fantastic. But their Xiao Long Bao are wonderful, full of delicious broth, with nice delicate wrappers. The other place, not so much.”

“One of the best froyo I've ever had! Wasn't able to try their gelato but I'm super impressed with their froyo -- super creamy, flavorful, texture is like soft serve ice cream. I'm so grateful I work by here because Yogurt Spot makes such a good after-work sweet treat. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and efficient. They offer samples of the gelato, and I'm assuming the froyo too, but I already knew what flavors I wanted so I didn't get froyo samples. Other customers were sampling the gelato. Froyo is priced per cup size, not oz, and includes 2 free toppings! Additional toppings are $0.75 each. Upfront the pricing seems higher than other chain froyo places but ultimately ends up being reasonable since pricing includes toppings and the cups are filled up high.I got a small, which I shared with my boyfriend, with Strawberry and Cookies and Cream + strawberries and Reese's PB cups toppings. Total came out to be $7-8. The froyo was so good and not icy at all.Can't wait to come back and try their gelato!”

“This was our first visit and we weren't sure where we'd park in downtown W.C. We were happy to see a convenient parking lot with plenty of spaces adjacent to the restaurant building. It was a short walk to the restaurant entrance. We were immediately greeted by staff upon entry and quickly taken to a table. No waiting was necessary and we didn't take long to have our order taken. We will definitely return to try more of their dishes and share the experience with others.Parking: It's unclear if the parking lot is shared with any other business adjacent to it.”

“I NEED to stop by this place every time I am in downtown Walnut Creek. ' If you love popcorn, this is a must stop on your East Bay adventure. There location has a boba tea section and a popcorn section; with this review only being around the popcorn section. Flavors: There are a multitude of flavors, like movie theater, kettle corn, double cheddar and chicago mix. Beyond that, there are specialty flavors that include Ube Caramel, Matcha, and Chocolate (note that these three flavors are more expensive. I have tried the Ube Caramel, Matcha, and Chicago mix; with a Chocolate popcorn just waiting for me to open. Based on what I have had, every flavor has been a 5/5 and the Chicago Mix is my personal favorite. Overall: I cannot recommend this pace enough and you need to get yourself here ASAP.”

It was nice to see the order process in-store since we're so used to placing our orders online. I love that you can see all the ingredients right in front of you as you're ordering. We got a bowl to share and ordered their new firecracker poke nachos to take home with us. (These were literal fiiiire, the hot cheetos topping was *chef's kiss*) Everything is always so fresh and the service we received was awesome. Their poke is the best we've had in the Bay! When I went to reorder the cashier told me not to worry they would get my order out to me with no additional charge. Very kind of them to do that, additionally as I would have been a mobile order a barista immediately started on my order effectively allowing me to cut the line so to speak. It actually made my day as I was already running a bit late to work.”

The challenge for the special memory is it was ruined as Ruth's Chris both attracts customers and allows loud conversations, cell conversations in 'speaker' mode, clothing attire that was completely inappropriate for anywhere nicer than McDonalds, ...”

The stand out dish was a new dish called “shrimp toast”! Shrimp paste over a Chinese donut and then deep fried. ? you dip the shrimp toast in their honey mayo and you get a freaking taste bud explosion. The chili oil was a burst of flavors. Definitely not your average chili oil. “Yes sir, still good. The order taking was friendly and efficient. The young ladies in front were not too friendly though (like they are doing you a favor in ringing you up would go 5stars for the food and price, but now will need to think twice about the lack of friendly cashier service. Really hate to do that because if they just smiled or seemed thankful for your business I would rate them 5 stars like I did before. However, it's a good deal for sandwiches.”
