“This place is a gem for those that appreciate a wide range of delicious Ramen. Super high quality food and executed to chef quality and perfection. Small and unpretentious, the staff was wonderful and all smiles. The food came piping hot, and the egg was poached expertly. Prices are very reasonable, but that's relative to the patron. “Aki is a Japanese restaurant in the Englewood area on Broadway. From the front of the store you can hardly tell that it's a restaurant. The shop is a single booth building on the main road, easy to find. There is parking at the back and you can walk into the shop from the back. The inside of the shop is decorated with dim lights. It's half bar, half restaurant style.The raw fish menu is quite fresh. The fish meat is soft and has no fishy smell. The sushi rice menu is also prepared according to standards. The price is quite high. But I didn't feel like it was so expensive that I couldn't bear it. The raw fish on rice came out quite well.Polite service staff It's been enough to eat for a long time. But if you come often, you'll probably be insolvent.“

His menu was exquisite. First of all, I did not know that you could come by fish this good in Denver. Staff is friendly and the location is very clean. There is an option to dine in that is more to have a place to eat than an atmosphere. Parking is a bit limited but worth finding. Don't skip this place!“

“Porklet has been one of our most tried and true restaurants since we moved to Aurora last year. My only complaint is that the katsu sauce is a bit weird / overly sweet - but everything else is so yummy and the service is always quick. Plus they have some of the best Korean style fried chicken around!“

“This is hands down the best ramen in the Denver Metro area. We drive almost 45 minutes from Lakewood to Aurora for this ramen, specifically the black garlic tonkatsu. It is absolutely incredibly out of this world. The creamy rich broth with little bits of black garlic yearns to be topped off with the course, slightly sweet chili paste smeared on the side of the bowl. This paste is not to be confused with their stunning chili oil that they'll bring to you on request, or at the press of the button.That brings me to service, simple, efficient, at the push of a button service. Literally. You can push one button for ordering, one for Chile oil, and there were a few others, but that said, you rarely have to push the button because the attentive staff is usually there before you even think to.This place is not fancy, but its charming. I saw a handsome couple on a date there tonight, and if a potential partner brought me here, I'd think, damn they know what's important I life.(Good food, if you're wondering.)“

“This was some of the most delicious Japanese food I have had in a long time. If I could eat the omakase everyday I would. This is the kind of food that makes you want to move to japan. I was truly blown away by the quality of the food. And the owner took time to come and talk with me and made me feel special and welcome. My only qualms would be my server didn't seem to want to serve us. He ignored us for quite some time before he was willing to take an order. I think perhaps he was annoyed because we were a three top including a child during a busy night and he wanted a four top little did he know we were going to spend a lot of money and his mood did improve the more I ordered as the night went on he seemed much nicer when he realized he was probably going to make a good tip after all but it's not fair that you are treated accordingly to how much money you are going to give them. All customers should feel welcome. I would go back tonight for dinner but I would be afraid to get the same server for my server. It makes me feel anxious to go out at all tbh. But at least the owner and the manager were very nice to me and the food was impeccable. Highly recommended to anyone who loves good Japanese food and is looking for a five-star experience however they should upgrade their service to reflect the quality of their food. Because that was a bit of a miss for me. And I am a former server myself and I have been even recommended by my coworkers that I should ignore customers because they're not going to tip well and I never did that I always treated everybody with kindness and respect across the board. So that is what I expect when I come to a restaurant regardless of how much money I'm spending or not. Que sera sera.Kid-friendliness: I didn't feel super welcome with my daughter perhaps because they thought she wasn't going to eat a lot. However she has a high metabolism and she ate more than I could. We were actually there because she chose sushi as her last meal before she got braces. But this might be a better place for a date night kids don't seem super welcome.“

“I was a bit skeptical to eat at Enso, and almost went elsewhere but wow. I am SO GLAD we stuck with our plans. Please oh please look no further for amazing sushi than Enso. We were happy to have great help deciding on perfect dishes, a wine to pair, and appetizer, by an amazing server who guided us expertly to wonderful choices. I don't recall all the names but he first brought out yellowtail sashimi which was incredible-topped with crunchy goodness and a hint of hot. One of the rolls was a foxy lady, and the other one was topped with strawberry sauce. A third was rolled with cucumber- a perfect, light end to the meal. We ordered three rolls in all, plus the appetizer. It was only two of us and we left satisfied, leaving nothing on the plate. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more. Our server also suggested we come back for some of the dinner selections including habachi meals. I hope to visit really soon and will let everyone know Enso is where they need to go for incredibly fresh, innovative and delicious sushi.“

We also ordered calamari and shrimp tempura too to start. All were very delicious! The owner asked us if we would be the first to taste test his spicy miso ramen. It was fabulous! We loved the flavor of the broth and the charred chasu in the ramen. Definitely hope that he incorporates ramen into his menu in the near future! We ordered many other sushi rolls and it came out so beautifully as always. So delicious we finished it all. Thank goodness we all came on an empty stomach! “So glad to find this spot in Denver when traveling here. Came here with my two boys and everyone loved it. Sushi was really great and the ramen was outstanding as well. Tonkotsu broth tasted phenomenal and some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. Ramen egg was perfection. The only miss was the pork chasu, rather thin and chewy instead of a thick cut marinated melt in your mouth kind of pork belly. But I’d still get this ramen at least once a week if i lived close by, it’s authentic and superb. They even had a great Japanese IPA on hand. Thanks for the wonderful meal!“
