“The staff are friendly and fast. It was our first time eating here and we enjoyed it. I got pork in my sandwich and it was very good and juicy. The type of bun that you get is flaky and original. “Fast, fresh, friendly taco stand! We really enjoyed our fish, beef and pork tacos. Hard to choose a favourite but maybe the beef. Sauces and garnishes were all tasty. “Reasonable price, very fresh sashimi. Dish presentation quite nice. Tables are very small and the space between tables are narrow. Not recommended for large parties.Parking: Very limited parking space in front of the restaurant, if the space are fully occupied, customers can park the car at the next store, they are allowed to share the parking spaces“

“Goodbye Freshii, here comes Porta Via!This is the perfect health conscious choice for lunch in the area and I've been loving trying each menu item. So far I've tried 90% of their paninis and each one has been a hitter. There's a great selection of different grains (wraps, tarragon bread, gluten free and vegan options, etc) to choose from and you can select all your own ingredients or pick from their pre-set menu. The side item is either from their soup catalogue, or their stuffed salad. Literally, the container is bursting with greens if you go for the side salad! For $20, you get a very well balanced meal that is filling-and doesn't make you need to nap after. I always get to-go, but there's a nice seating area to enjoy as well.The only downside are their hours. They close after lunch time.“

“A fan of the consistently rich, flavourful broth with thick noodles. Will add a side of soft boiled egg if the ramen doesn't already come with one. Definitely not Hokkaido style ramen so don't expect to compare it with Santouka. A different Ramen of the Month changes up the menu a bit. My favourite go to place for comfort food.“

“AYCE Japanese grill! This location is right in a commercial office building - note the entry is only from the front! You cannot access from the back doors of the building (I made the rookie mistake and walked around the building).Made a reservation and waited for about 20min before seated.Food came very fast upon ordering.All the dishes came fast and accurately - highly recommend the mushroom medley, short ribs kalbi!They kick you out right on the dot within the 2h - so many sure u order and eat!Soft serve ice cream was a plus!If only ordering can be done through an app!“

“I work late in Markham and there aren’t a lot of food options nearby aside from fast food. I’ve always seen this place but I was scared to try it as I didn’t grow up eating a lot of traditional Chinese foods but because I’m moving away I decided to give it a chance. All I can say is that I’m absolutely blown away and hate myself for not trying it sooner. The staff are super friendly, greeting you right away when you come in. Service was quick and the food is absolutely amazing. I ordered a BBQ pork rice noodle roll and braised beef lo mein and it only came out to $20! Prices like this in 2024 are unheard of. The roll was fully packed with meat and the beef was perfectly juicy and tender. If I had found this place sooner I’d be eating here every week. I’ll be back every time I’m in the area.“

This place knocks out all other competitors with ease. Their service is fast, their washrooms are clean, and most importantly, their food is absolultly mind blowing. Please give it a try.“

“Another great experience with Cupcake Junkie in Whitby! Ordered a cake for pickup on THANKSGIVING DAY and they were awesome enough to be open and accept my order. We ordered vanilla this time with vanilla buttercream and it was delicious. Everyone had nothing but compliments saying how the cake was tasty but not too heavy and the icing was sweet but not too sweet. I like their cakes, pastry, and loose leaf teas, its a hidden gem, entrance is very low profile, on your first visit, make sure you turn on your GPS and pay attention to the entrance sign which is away from the road side.“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“Fresh quality and large cuts of sashimi. We ordered 2 large combo boats sushi, sashimi, and rolls, and 1 extra large boat sashimi and side dishes for 13 people...all were delicious. Well worth the price for what we got. Our group of 13 are big eaters, and we were stuffed. It was out first time there and didn't know how much food each large boat order was, and we ordered more than enough.There were lineups even after 1:30pm for lunch. Recommend you reserve before you go.“
