Great food.. just need a wifi
Grabbed dinner here on a Tuesday night with a couple friends and the place was honestly better than expected for a random weeknight. We split the bulgogi and the seafood pancake, and the pancake in particular was crispy in a way I haven't had since visiting Korea. Service was fast and the server was happy to walk us through the banchan since none of us knew what half of it was. Home made dumplings, the fried dumplings were the best dumplings I have ever had.

Korean Village Restaurant in Calgary offers a solid dining experience with a variety of Korean dishes. The galbi ribs are a standout, tender and juicy. The seafood pancake is thick and flavorful. The LA Galbi is a family favorite, flavorful and tender. The hot pots are great and come with a ton of kimchi / sides. The BBQ is delicious and the bibimbap is to die for. The restaurant has limited parking but provides free street parking. The atmosphere is cozy with tables situated for privacy, seating is great with very large and private booths. The deep fried dumplings are SO GOOD.
The food is authentic and delicious, just what customers like. The side dishes are also loved by the customers. The restaurant is a family favorite, and the food is always delicious. The restaurant recently catered an event for 90 guests, and everything was delivered perfectly, with everyone raving about the food. It is an unexpectedly popular spot, with customers waiting 20 minutes on a random Tuesday evening to get a seat, but the wait was absolutely worth it, as the BBQ meat, banchan, and dishes are all on point.
