EDITED FEBRUARY 2024: Muku is now under new management and a menu change has occurred as a result to match the Chinook Globefish. While my previous review called it the best ramen in the city, that is no longer the case. It's fine. Average. I dare say it's forgettable. I've had very similar ramen at plenty of other places, and definitely I've had worse. Most of the variety of soup choices is gone, it's basically all chicken now. Food and service was really good. I ordered Kuro Garlic Ramen and crispy shrimp dumpling. Both were amazing. Handmade noodles and the broth is rich in flavour. Would definitely come back here again.

Well I've heard all the concern with the change of ownership and a change to a chicken broth, but I had to come in and try it. I decided to go with the Tokyo Tonkotsu and I wasn't disappointed. Yes this is a lot different from the old Muku, but this was pretty freaking good. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful. I'll be back.
