The service for picking up food is garbage and the woman in the front is clueless and inattentive. Spouse orders food, I show up to pick it up, stand for 15 minutes before I get any acknowledgement, and stand longer wondering if the food is done or still being prepped.
Jesus Christ people, has Covid gone so far to your heads that simple human courtesy and accessibility becomes an act of stress? This is not difficult.
