I ordered a loaf of their bread online and went to pick it up today. When I lifted it up, it weighs 3 times as much as a normal loaf of GF bread. Got home and did the ultimate GF bread test which is trying it not toasted. It is friggin amazing. It tastes like a normal loaf of high end bread. Its also organic and you can pronounce all the ingredients, meaning not a bunch of chemicals and preservatives. Its well worth the price and I will be ordering it again.
Decent gluten free items, but not "amazing". Unfortunately I would classify the baked goods as "obviously gluten free" - meaning you can tell it is gluten free and doesn't taste like it's gluten-containing original. Perhaps it is because they combine both dairy and gluten free ingredients rather than simply a gluten free version and a gluten free+dairy free version.
