“I had to take a moment to leave a review because of what a phenomenal experience I had at this location late last night after a big event in downtown Florence (Shoalsfest).
There were people everywhere, and the drive-thru line was wrapped completely around the building. It was clearly a very high-stress and overwhelming atmosphere, but the team handled it incredibly well.
The gentleman working, Josh, along with another young gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, both displayed incredible customer service. Despite how busy and chaotic it was, they remained patient, polite, friendly, and genuinely kind to everyone. They worked together so well and never seemed to let the pressure of the situation affect the way they treated customers.
It’s easy to overlook employees when things are running smoothly, but I think it’s especially important to recognize people who continue to provide excellent service when things are hectic. These two deserve recognition for the way they handled such a crazy night. Their teamwork, patience, and attitude really stood out to me.
On top of all of that, our food was hot, fresh, and every order was fulfilled accurately. With the sheer number of people they were serving and how hectic the night was, I was genuinely impressed that everything was still prepared correctly and with such great quality.
Thank you, Josh and team, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a pleasant one. You’re doing a great job, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!“

Highly recommend the vegetarian options and you can customize any menu food item to vegetarian, easiest using the app and you can swap the meat for black beans. “On September 18 2018 I had some car trouble while in the drive thru and was advised it would be ok to park my vehicle and come back inside to pay. However before I even had the van parked the manager Michael( no sure of last name), brought the food I ordered and told me not to worry about payment. He then help pop the hood and looked to make sure nothing was seriously wrong. After my husband arrived and we switched car I again went inside to pay and was told not worry about it... to me this was customer service above and beyond the norm and I thank your company for hiring him.“

“Cannot recommend this location enough, hands down the best Subway in Florence. Store is always very clean, staff is always friendly, service is fast and the food is delicious. “We were in town for a funeral. Very last minute, I thought of Jimmy John’s. We needed Covid freely food set up for a repast. Joe was incredibly patient & friendly. And, I was very tired & emotional. “I ordered an ice cream cake on March 9th to be picked up March 14th. I got there to pick it up & was kept waiting at least 5 minutes while, I assume, they were looking for it. When they got back to me, the manager asked me when I ordered it & when I told him he said, "I can't even find any paper on it!" like that was some how MY fault. Then he asked me what kind of cake it was & said, "I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE STUFF TO MAKE!" Again, this MY fault? How? There was no apology, no offer of a cake they did have, no NOTHING! Bad karma. I won't ever be back nor will my family. I will tell everyone I know how truly awful my service was & encourage them to go anywhere else.“
