“Whoever is making sandwiches today at 11:30am is doing a great job! I probably got the best sandwich ever and it was even wrapped so I didn’t have to get my hands dirty when holding it. I got a delux.“

“I had an incredible experience at this Bojangles and I was just a take out order. I was immediately made to feel welcome by Ms. Anesia who took my order and chatted with me while it was being prepared. Further impressed by her continuing to work while we talked, no idle time for this lovely lady! My compliments to the manager Bri for doing such a great job as well! The food is always good at this location and I frequently stop in at least about 3 times per week. (I highly recommend the ham, egg and cheese biscuits.) Great job!“

“Went the other day 2/22/26 at 430 pm and placed a mobile order for pickup. I've worked food service most of my life, so I didn't mind waiting for it. Pulled up and was greeted by a very friendly employee who seemed to be mostly working alone. I was told to pull up into the empty space and my food will be brought out to me. Waited maybe 5 minutes, which was fine! We ordered two of the $7.99 meat +3 boxes and we were pleasantly surprised! The young woman working brought our food out and she was just so kind and funny. She made a little joke about the sun and had us laughing and was genuinely friendly! Wish I caught her name! The meals were definitely plentiful for $7.99. Big chicken sandwich, good curly fries, awesome mozzarella sticks, and dangggg that peach cobbler roll is bangin. I know positive reviews don't get left often, but keep up the good work!“

I didn’t really understand the “wait” as the place only had 3-4 couples/singles with a few “pick up” orders. There seemed to be enough staff members. (4:30 PM Thursday)“

“We were in town for a funeral. Very last minute, I thought of Jimmy John’s. We needed Covid freely food set up for a repast. Joe was incredibly patient & friendly. And, I was very tired & emotional. I called Wednesday evening and he called me back to follow up. The delivery was freaky fast (10mins early) and sandwiches were enjoyed by all. Thanks Jimmy John’s. (This is my 1st online review.)“

“I walked out of the store on South Court Street in Florence Alabama, because the ladies work and they were too busy texting or playing games on their cell phones and we're too busy to take my order. I came for this store and immediately upon entering it was greeted! I don't know who the manager is on the store or the shift manager, but kudos to excellent food and excellent service! Perhaps someone from this store at least to do some training on the South Court Street store.“

“Cannot recommend this location enough, hands down the best Subway in Florence. Store is always very clean, staff is always friendly, service is fast and the food is delicious. I've never had a bad experience at this location, some of the employees even remember me and have my order started before I even get in the door. Fantastic store, all around!“
