“First time trying “Kentu nutrition” and let me just say I won’t be going anywhere else after I tried these drinks!! 10/10 so good not to sour and not to sweet it’s just RIGHT and the service was amazing, such a sweet owner she made us feel comfortable as soon as we stepped through the door and make sure our drinks were just as perfect !!! And it smells AMAZING in there !! Such a beautiful lay out !”

“City Cafe has been our favorite little place for over 30 yrs. This cafe is an absolute gem! Sweet tea and dumplings are excellent! Breakfast and lunch here is incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends. The owners are great and the staff are friendly and really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome - definitely a go-to spot in the neighborhood!"”

“First time coming here and it was EXCELLENT!!!! Very very good. The service was EXCELLENT. The portions were extremely satisfying for the price. Cocktails were delicious and strong. We had the Ribeye, Burger, Wings, Fried Green Tomatoes and Bread Pudding… EVERY SINGLE BITE AMAZING all the way down to the broccoli! So glad to have found this gem in a town where food is typically mediocre. The owner Hunter was such a joy to interact with and we felt like family. HURRY UP AND COME ON DOWN 69 SOUTH!!!!! Will be back as often as we can! Can’t wait to try the Oysters next!”

“I ordered sweet and sour chicken, general Tso chicken. Food came hot and fresh. Very flavorful and savory, not bland and watered down. The prices are affordable, dining area was clean. Friendly service. Will be back for more.

“Most delicious barbecue in town! Moist and smoky without fat. Best, most tender, and meaty ribs! Only place I go for ribs and barbecue. Sandwiches are large…big buns.”

“The quality of the food has gone down during the past couple of years. The last meal we purchased was not edible. Both of our meals included steak. The steak was like shoe leather. We complained and our waiter made no attempt to replace the food. We both were unable to eat our meal and left.”

“Wow. What an absolutely amazing establishment. From the great mulch job as well as well taken care of shrubs, this really set the tone for the meal. We were immediately sat and had our order taken about 30 seconds, and it was busy! The server was amazing and the crew was really going hard at work in the kitchen to keep this ship sailing. Food was out super fast and it was amazing. I can confidently say this is the best Waffle House I have ever been to in my entire life. Bravo.”

Coffee people - you will definitely enjoy their delicious coffee. Moreover, the friendly atmosphere is beyond comparison- the ladies are sweet and very personable. Our favourite breakfast place in town.”

“Estimated time for pickup said 7-12 minutes. I ordered at 5:39pm. I got there at 6:28pm, and they said it would be 15 more minutes. I finally got my order at 6:50pm. Normally they are good on Estimated times and I always wait an extra 10 minutes before I show up just in case. But tonight was horribly wrong. Estimated pickup was an hour off.”

“It is a good wafflehouse. The service is great, I had Brittany last time, and she never let us go without a drink or anything we needed. The meal came out quick and was just as good as any waffle house.”

“My friend had to have ACL surgery in Birmingham, and we had been in the hospital all day. We didn't get back in to Tuscaloosa until about 5 minutes til 10 pm and they close at 10. The ladies working were so nice and understanding about making our food. We apologized because we all know how that feels. “The worker Heidi is AMAZING. She ran the driver thru, made the orders perfect and answered the phone line the first ring. She made our banana splits as if she knew us personally. She didn't want our order to melt so she took the time to put the warm sauce on the side without requesting. Thanks for your great customer service!!!!”

“I’ve known the Creeks for over 5 years & Chris’ cooking has ALWAYS been a treat (especially on the grill or smoker). Life finally brought me to the Northport area on a day the food truck was open, so I had to stop in. OMG! I had forgotten how mouth watering his BBQ is! I ended up getting two meals out of my plate. If you haven’t given this truck a chance, you’re definitely missing out. Bonus: Got to catch up with an old friend yesterday.”

“Come here sometimes just not that often, but the people are very friendly and warm welcoming. Normally I would usually get just a pb&j, chips and rotel dip, dessert and a drink. Sometimes I may get something else. Maybe I can try something else eventually when I visit there to eat. I came here when I was little at times (just not often), and I do kinda miss the old interior design though can accept the new designs.”
